So Iraqi Don Quixote Adnan Pachachi has died at 96. For the first time no points are awarded as I was the last to pick him before chaging my pick to Jules Sedney. As per rules, a new round is started anyaway. And be more careful this time!

    Football

Aye, the news was far from devastating for most CUFC followers though the real problem is money/boardroom stagnation IMHO at least. Keith Curle's demise was greeted with the view that his successor would improve on our nudging the play-offs but John Sheridan and Pressley have both been worse than Curle in that respect. Local news has reported former players and local businessmen looking at a takeover or at least kicking the club into more action - we'll see

The article says their interview took place in 1991, so I think maybe you didn't see the year properly, thus thinking the interview took place recently. However, there are a few 90-year-olds who have a living parent.

Updating: Holly Clegg designated 'No Obit' officially for now. It's been very quiet around these parts, but that is cuz we have had only a couple hits, and solo they are! Philip lands 5 points with his B hit of one of Ireland's finest, Gay Byrne. JiroemonKimura took a chance with the reports of illness for football owner Jorge Vergara, even when it was believed he was recovered. That has paid off with a V hit, good for 7 points, making him the new leader in the clubhouse as we enter mid-November! , Scoreboard - 11 Nov 2019 JiroemonKimura - 33 Banana - 32 RadGuy - 24 Sir Creep - 23 msc - 22 theoldlady - 22 Joey Russ - 20 Book - 20 Death Impends - 19 Clorox Bleachman - 19 CaptainChorizo - 19 Wormfarmer - 13 The Old Crem - 12 YorkshireBanker - 12 Toast - 11 gcreptile - 11 Etushispushingupdasies - 11 Philip - 11 Torva Messor - 10 Great Uncle Bulgaria - 8 Skinny kiltrunner - 8 Sean - 7 YoungWillz - 7 Bibliogryphon - 5 DeathByArsenic - 3 Yvonne - 0
