Incredibly sad news that Lord David Shutt has passed away. Former Lib Dem Cllr, Mayor of Calderdale, a formidable character in the House of Lords and instrumental in the setting up of @CalderdaleFound. Thoughts are with his wife, family and friends. He was Calderdale to his core.
