Be as pedantic as you want, the term "F***ing freezing" is the scientific term for it. I just resist the urge to punch people that think they're being funny by saying "cold enough for you?"

Last day for entries! 11 hours from now, the door will slam shut and the masterlist will be updated to include PM entries. This is a reminder that 2 people still have empty Wildcard slots. You don't need to have 5 Wildcards to play, buuut... free points. Why wouldn't you? Thank you to the 19 confirmed entrants for your patience.

Aye, but given teams have been sent in at 23.59pm on the 31st before, one day someone will leave it so late to enter they forget. Half the teams are in. Well done to Maryport for being a right joker with his, err, Joker.

So the next crash by that logic will be in 2074, we will all be long dead and Phillip recovering from his 10th hip replacement will be injuring our grandchildren and coming away from the accident without a scratch.

Your replacement at the #1 slot is noted, but your original selection of ronan keating in the 4 slot cannot be changed since ronan, according to my check of the web, is still among the living.

Trevor the duck, whose tale of loneliness on the tiny Pacific island nation of Niuemade him a local celebrity and captured headlines last year, has died. He was found dead in the bush after being attacked by dogs, according to a social media page dedicated to the drake. The mallard is thought to have been blown on to the island during a storm about a year ago. He came to global prominence after an article by the New Zealand Herald that chronicled his life in a roadside puddle due to an absence of wetlands or ponds across Niue. He was named Trevor, after New Zealand’s parliamentary speaker, Trevor Mallard. “Deepest sympathy to the people of Niue from the parliament of New Zealand,” Mallard posted on social media on Monday. SC Never has there been a more appropriate song:
