Yes. Unique for Banana! Rad will be annoyed after cassing this joint. And so will I. A DDP miss - stats suggested he'd be OK till 2020. Anyhow, could be crucial to the slippery one. Geddit? Banana peel, slip? I'll get my coat... Round 3 1. The Mad Hatter vs Boudicca 0-0 2. Rad vs Banana 9-10 3. John Key vs Death Impends 0-14 4. The Quim Reaper vs Book 3-0 5. Gcreptile vs Pedro 6-0 6. Chorizo vs Torva Messor 3-3 7. Bibliogryphon vs Spade Cooley 0-14 8. Deadsox vs Clorox 0-16

Alright, a quick update before I leave for a few days and before the ketchup bottle of death ejaculates: New hits: Baroness Warnock, Bill Heine, Con De Lange Also: I only just realized Cpt. Chorizo had Pedro Morales - who died in February with NYT obit. Sorry! This is the new scoreboard, and it shows that Con De Lange was a very significant hit for the new leader! (Gets me out of that awkward position, too....) 1 Death Impends 736 2 GCReptile 725 3 Phantom of the Midway 624 4 Cpt Chorizo 616 5 Banana 588 6 Devon Death Trip 573 7 msc 561 8 Joey Russ 558 9 Clorox Bleachman 548 10 drol 522 11 Sir Creep 478 12 Skinny Kiltrunner 412 13 Grim Up North 334 14 YoungWillz 268 15 Yorkshire Banker 148 16 Book 129 17 Fixed Business 84 18 Prophet 83 19 markb4 81 20 Deathray 73 20 Gooseberry Crumble 73 20 John Key 73 23 Grave Danger 56 24 theoldlady 49 24 The mad hatter 49 26 The old crem 35 27 Bibliogryphon 0 27 The Unknown Man 0 27 The Quim Reaper 0 27 Pedro 67 0

The aforementioned Quinn looks a sure List of the Loster now. Beyond that, a couple of deaths in this post but only one actual hit. Bill Heine's death early in the month was not yet acknowledged for this pool. He was a unique for drol. 30 base points plus 12 unique points sees him leap a-Headington with 42 points. Elsewhere, Watergate burglar James McCord, a pick for my Nixon theme team, has died... way back in 2017! If anyone else had picked the bastard, I might have awarded them a tiny consolation score, given the assumption at the start of the year was he was still alive. But as a hostly sacrifice, all my team is getting is the indignity of having a body that's been cooling for nearly two years in the squad.

2019 has been and is being a major disappointment. I don't blame the Committee.

Death Notice for actor and director Philip Grout: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/thetimes-uk/obituary.aspx?n=phillip-grout&pid=192603974 Best known for the 1961 series Family Solicitor, with appearances in more familiar shows such as Harpers West One, The Rag Trade and Emergency-Ward 10. Seems to have been quite the theatre luvvie, but I don't know enough to stick him in that thread. Looks like he's "graduated" from Denville Hall.

Its now eight years since the adventure ended (or began, depending on your opinion on an afterlife) for Elisabeth Sladen

Struggling to believe that, tbh. Surely his former employers at Channel Four will do the usual humbug of his "massive contribution" or summat and he's been tabloid fodder for so long they'll all run a few words and an archive shot of him doing some of the usual hand-jive mumbo-jumbo.

Roberta Flack probably will be the first of that lot to go followed by Tina Turner.

Apparently most parisians believe the fire was not started by the renovations work and that the government of France is covering it up to avoid a backlash/civil disobedience.
