So it boils down to Boris Johnston or Jeremy Hunt. Putting it politely, it's like choosing between Kate McCann or Jimmy Saville to watch your children.

@Boudicca !!! Oooo and his hospice care is in Louisiana right by my house!!!!! I won't be home in time to get him to make a short video 'Boudicca, this is Randy Romero. Good luck with me on your July Cup team'. I'm SURE he would capitulate! I just would explain it was something else. "Aye, Mr. Romero, Boudicca is friend's name, and Cup is she bets on horse racing and could be first girly girl to win the competition'. "Well by God, Sir Creep, I WILL make the video!" All for not. In this recent article celebrating 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar', it mentions how Eric Carle was too frail to talk for the story https://www.npr.org/2019/06/12/731818697/a-very-happy-50th-birthday-to-the-very-hungry-caterpillar

Total legend amongst managers for his ability to allow his clients their creative freedom - wondering about our List of the Lost radio show and this; maybe if we play something from one of Neil's most off-the-wall works and make the point it was only possible because Elliott Roberts managed him to success in spite of commercial trends meaning creative freedom was non-negotiable in his contracts.

Going into hospital Monday to have a section of my small bowel removed due to Crohn's disease, I had a major flare-up on Wednesday last that took me in as an emergency dehydration case and the surgeon has moved me up the list from 5 years waiting for a op to Monday. With some good surgery and also a bit of good luck this should give me a better quality of life for some time until the Crohn's comes back again.

After a long indecision, I announce I chose my new favourite Asian dictator, who will be on my personal 50 for the rest of his life. Or my life, it's more likely. Seeing that gen. Prem didn't do his work properly, lasting less than 24 hours, I've chosen another die-hard Asian Communist leader as beloved general Le Duc Anh. Ladies and Gentlemen, the one and only mr. Khamtai Siphandon! That's me! I can't believe it! And now I should be all right till tomorrow at least. No, seriously, 2025 at least.

The more standard (and morally acceptable) adage goes something like "Offer to suck a homophobe's dick and then see if he still hates the gays ten minutes later?"

On Wednesday one of my relatives suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and is now in irrevesible coma. Only 70 too. Yesterday my mother, who is already suffering from colorectal cancer and Alzheimer's, suffered an ischemic stroke. Bad periods are bad periods.
