I think Rosalynn is also likely to go quite soon after - put her on the list.

Looks like he will survive this but obviously getting close to the end would be surprised if he was still with us this time next year.

In mid-1964, when he was clearly approaching the end and frail, friends used to ask Winston Churchill how he felt, and he described the sensation as being at the end of a long air flight, hanging around above the airport, waiting for the clearance to land and rest. Jimmy's now taxiing above the landing strip imo.

5$ says his first words after the surgery will be: "thank you doctor, now dear Rosalynn where did I put my belt and hammer?". It's Jimmy Carter. He'll be back building houses and teaching Sunday school by next week.

Wikipedia now has her at sept 16. If true would only potentially give 1 person (WEP)a daily double. Hopefully if her date of death is not officialized they just give all the Bracknell points anyway and just have it as September ? with no bonus.

I think the lovely but sadly increasingly frail looking Duchess of Kent who turns 87 next year should be strongly considered by voters to go on next year's list.

Emmerdale soap matriarch Annie Sugden AKA centenarian Sheila Mercier should definitely keep her place on this list.

Since we're bored, it's worth mentioning that a Legacy obit has surfaced for Anna Mae Blessing, confirming she died on 5th December 2018. This obit wasn't online until months after her death. I annoyingly lose my first ever DDP hit - unique at that - but Terror of the Vervoorts wasn't exactly gunning for the title at 146th place.

Not good, obviously the fall has effected him badly and brain surgery on a 95 year old is always a dangerous thing does sound like the beginning of the end for Jimmy Carter even if he does survive this.
