Congrats, Reptile! Never trust an Asian, they could be dying for years.

God, you're really annoying me lately. First of all, there is no litmus test. Secondly, did I hear you complaining about 2018 winner "local weatherman" Chris Bradley, or MMMDP winner 2017 "mum of singer" Irene Jones, or Spade's inaugural winner "Janitor of the year"? No...

Would have thought it would be easier for him to compete with a skateboard

I knew him best as Chef Louis from Disney's 'The Little Mermaid' and his performance of 'Les Poissons'. He shall be missed! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iq-UaXQ1c1M

Well done Reptile on the win Condolences to drol, Ajoy Roy has shades of my Jon Hiseman pick in last year's Midsummer who seemed the best pick on paper but had enough fuel in the tank to outlast a few of the other selections

Currently Youtube videos are not embedding here, but I have just successfully posted one on another forum site which appears to use the same software as this one. Could somebody who is good at techknowledgy look into this please, as it suggests that the problem may be here and not at YT?

Here is a lengthy poem about IDS which uses only one vowel throughout. Well worth a listen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiTgRN4rZRk Saw the excellent Luke Wright when he was opening for Dr John Cooper Clarke.

Alright, just finished replacing the 30 points given to Big Bird and adding someone else's extremely eclectic picks. We are at 12, which is less than last year at this point, but nonetheless an interesting competition going on right now.

Very slow times for the Hartlepool but there were two reports of deaths today after a few weeks of a drought. First being Clive James, who much like Valerie Harper lasted so long that he dwindled to only four pickers at the time of his death. Those patient beneficiaries are YoungWillz with 45 points, the_engineer with 35, Pedro67 with 30, and Mad Hatter with 25 sub points. And while far from a massacre, the death of William Ruckelshaus causes some further ruckus today. Your host's theme team of Nixon officials is off the mark with 20 base points and 8 bonus points for uniqueness. Not a lot of drastic change in the scoreboard as a little over a month remains... 1. theoldlady 363 2. John Key 277 3. RadGuy 264.5 4. msc 262 5. the_engineer 253.5 6. I've always thought that dressage, which appears to comprise of sitting on a horse and making it walk in circles around a sandpit, a pretty strange sport.

Rene Auberjonois, who played Odo on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and also had a co-starring role in Benson, among many other credits, has died. He was 79. https://www.pix11.com/news/national-news/benson-star-trek-actor-rene-auberjonois-has-died-at-79
