Norman Lloyd was picked in many pools, so it seems, also here by Annami, Bibliogryphon, Dying Probably and The Quim Reaper, but not by the Committee.

Norman Lloyd has died. Assuming that he really has died, and is not just the figment of the imagination of some kid with a snow globe, here are the points for the Hollywood Squares participant. 40 + 24 = 64 points for Funeralopolis. 30 + 18 = 48 for Dying Probably, markb4, and the_engineer. 25 sub points for Annami and chilean way. And it is this Lloyd-propelled haul that sees a new leader in our latest scoreboard as Funeralopolis overtakes previous leader Book who had narrowly inched past Perhaps after the death of Anne Buydens. An excitingly close game but plenty of months to go... 1. Funeralopolis 229 2. Book 215 3. Perhaps 214 4. Eesti 185 5. Dying Probably 183.19 6. CaptainChorizo 175.32 7. markb4 171 8. 'Notting Hill' star Tony Armatrading has died at the age of 59. The actor – the younger brother of singer Joan Armatrading – passed away on Monday (10.05.21) after a battle with cancer and his friend Tim Bentinck broke the news on social media. Tim wrote on Twitter: "Very sad news. My dearest friend Tony Armatrading died of cancer an hour ago. Tony began his career in theatre and originally worked behind the scenes as a member of the stage crew at the Birmingham Rep. He later made the move to acting with the Royal Shakespeare Company. He played roles in two notable Hollywood films during the 1990s – as a customs officer in the 1997 flick 'The Saint' and then in Notting Hill as a security guard who allows Will Thacker (Hugh Grant) onto a film set in order to win back Hollywood actress Anna Scott (Julia Roberts). An active man in many WWII veteran associations, Jaara was also known for his rare love story: Jaara met his future wife, Eila, in an "senior meeting" in 2016. After talking to each other they found out they were both born on the same day, Seventh of November 1924. They got married the same year and were married until Eila Jaara's death on the 1st of July 2020.

Can't she be lumped in with her gf Betty Boothroyd, or did they hit the skids? I'm not au fait with the OAP rug-munchers scene, I'm afraid.
