    Jerry Wizig, journalist and longtime Houston Chronicle sports reporter from the 60's into the early 2000's, has died. He also wrote the book "Eat 'Em Up, Cougars: Houston Football", about the history of Cougar sports from the start through the 1977 Cotton Bowl Game versus Maryland.
