Gwyllyn Samuel Newton Ford of the Canadian Provence of Quebec, better known to the world as the beloved actor Glenn Ford is scheduled to turn 89 this coming Sunday. Birthday Man Born May 1, 1916 and taking American Citizensip in 1939, he has appeared in several films including such treasured classics as Pocketful Of Miracles with Bette Davis, 3:10 to Yuma, Gilda, Teahouse of The August Moon, Jubal, A Stolen Life. If all goes as planned he will be around next year at the release of his authorized biography: Slow and slower Haven't found any word on his health but no news is often good news although his actual work seems to have dried up since the early 1990's. Maybe his adopted son Clark Kent knows where he is!.

On this day 32 years ago in 1991, american country and western singer songwriter Chris Austin died aged just 27, along with 7 others , in a plane crash. The flight contained the touring band and managers of a group who were supporting singer Reba McEntire. During his brief musical career as well as working regular with Reba Chris also supported singer Ricky Skaggs.

I quote the post, and then copy+paste the quote into a comment on the thread I wish to crosspost into. This procedure only works occasionally, and there are occasionally formatting errors when it does go through, though, so I'm led to believe there is another way that I'm not aware of.

My understanding is that it's voted by users. You click "boost" and their name rises in the ranking. However, the site has been populated by teenyboppers since it was created in 2012. Most of the users now probably weren't born then. That's why there are so many TikTok Stars. The Most Popular page is very telling. The average age is 24, with the oldest (living) being Kim K who might as well belong in a nursing home at 42.

Recent photos Looks better this year than last IMO but still should be on the DL radar more than Hackman judging by their recent appearances.

There are more and more people on TV that I just cannot watch, have to change channel to avoid. I’m becoming an even grumpier old man, but… Clare Balding, Colin Murray, Naga Munchetty, Rylan whatsisname, Matt Chapman to name but 5. Anyone else feel like venting? I don’t wish death upon them, I just don’t want to see or hear them. Sorry for thread resurrection.

Well enough to stand and deliver one of his bonkers rambling speeches for the best part of two hours. He also seems to be moving absolutely fine, you can see him walk across the podium, albeit in a long shot, at 4:48 on this stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKf0ZxQCLu0

EXILED FROM LIFE 2/50 (What do you mean, it's the wrong guy?) 10th January 2022 When Constantine II was unable, due to health, to make Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September, the royal ambulance chasers knew something was amiss. And so he debuted on The Crowdsourced Deathlist, only to decide he didn’t want to stay a mere ten days into the year. Constantine was King of Greece from 1964 until 1973. When the Colonels Coup happened in 1967, Constantine was forced to accept their rule and rush off to exile. In his absence, the junta abolished the monarchy. When they were ousted, Constantine returned, only to find that a referendum backed the continued abolition of his job. To his credit, he publicly supported the new republic, and eventually he returned to Greece for good where he was viewed as a historical curiosity. He suffered from heart issues in later life, and a bout of covid last night didn’t help. He was eighty-two and the second hit from this years selection.

No its not. Continue to attract from abroad? Fuck that. It continues the population growth, which results in more folk getting old and......needing doctors. * during my last blast with the fuckers over a cancer diagnosis, everything was "fine" until the specialist fucked off home for a 6 month jolly due to the wedge he was getting paid therefore he didn't need the work. Then 3 other foreign specialists one after the other, all with differing ideas and then it went to shit. Destroy the NHS now and rebuild it fit for purpose, surgeons/office staff/gp's etc all sacked for negligence so no pay out/pension fucked, and hire on at 60% of current wage. And only hire back 15/20% of the Office Staff. Them cuntesses create problems ffs that then need "solved". They want to move to Canada/Oz? Go cuntos, but leave your passport, you ain't ever getting back in. We need another Spanish Flu, but Brexit will help re the population problem. Right that's that solved. NEXT//// The Benefits system......

Marine Corps Capt. Arthur J. Jackson, who received the Medal of Honor for killing 50 Japanese soldiers and silencing a dozen enemy pillboxes during the World War II battle of Peleliu, and almost two decades later was forced out of the service after covering up his slaying of an alleged Cuban spy, died June 14 in Boise, Idaho. He was 92. The Congressional Medal of Honor Society announced the death but did not provide a cause. RIP, and thank you for your service (I know that irks a couple of you SMFH). SC

... maybe we should consider Harrison Ford for 2007 then! Definitely. And Anna Ford's looking a bit rough these days.
