Rosalynn's final moments "Jimmy Carter remains mentally aware and at times remarkably sharp, but he is physically weak, according to family and friends. He hopes to attend his wife’s funeral in Plains next Wednesday and a tribute earlier next week at the Carter Center in Atlanta, according to his family."

Might be late to the party on this but rewatching An Adventure In Space And Time and to see Ncuti Gatwa take the place of Matt Smith at the end was a surprise! Roll on Saturday!

I was listening to a pre-Autumn Statement report last week which suggested the Chancellor might bank his extra cash until the Budget in Spring to keep the measures fresh in the mind for an election and avoid wasting the positive of making people feel "better off" (such as it is). The fact he's chosen to announce the measures now and they all come in between January and April next year would support the idea that there may be a May election after all.

He has not been sent home to die. He's off oxygen and that's a damn good sign for someone like Shane. IMHO he just survived the ordeal this time.

To be fair MacGowan's pumped enough poison into an - almost - 67 year old body he's likely in the same shape as 99 year old Philip was. Advent avalanche is just over a week away

5 US Presidents are currently older than the oldest living former First Lady: Carter, Biden, Trump, Bush Jr and Clinton. The Carter's marriage also went for longer than any of the living First Ladies' current lifespans.

So next Monday-Wednesday, a week from now. It probably would’ve been held sooner if it wasn’t the Thanksgiving holiday week.

Just advanced notice to say there will be a 2024 edition. So for those who were interested but too late to compete - this is your chance. I will be making a new thread end of November. @lilham
