To second what those above have said, I'm happy to offer bio writing services

I think you might be in for the most flak received on this forum until someone tries to make Castro out as the hero in Cuba's history and since Paul Hunter's death.

There was one in Japan. I can't paste the link properly on my phone, but if you want to do a search or I can add the link tomorrow while at work David Bowie fan attempts suicide after his idol’s death Poor sod, even failed at being at utter loser.

Biggest 'miss(es)' by the DL Committee 2016
Deathray replied to Sir Creep's topic in DeathList Forum
Lemmy died last year and in what way is a minor EastEnders actress a big miss? She was likely already dead when the committee were drawing up their list anyway. Point taken, they'd have both been dead last year. -
Biggest 'miss(es)' by the DL Committee 2016

David Bowie Kitty Kallen Pat Harrington Robert Black Silvana Pamanini Ed Stewart Alan Rickman Glen Frey (was publically unwell to boot) Will keep this updated until the end of the year with what I consider to be big misses by the committee - a sort of very long list of people the committee could of had. -
We sure she's actually still alive rather than faded into obscurity?

Personally I think a voluntary donation scheme for the website bills would be much better, with no prize for the winner. I'm extremely uncomfortable with the notion of profiting from my picks deaths and would no longer enter the competition if there was a monetary prize. I find the fact the Deathrace offers a cash prize uncomfortable enough as it is (even if the tradition is to donate it to charity). Is the highest number of entries?

Veering into? I think we've landed, got off the plane and set up camp in the bar of off-topic land. Any of the mods want to tidy this discussion up into a separate thread please?
-
You can add Little Walter to the Sonny Boy Williams II to the 1960s. And I'm surprised no-one has mentioned Kieth Moon for the 70s.
-
Beat me to it. I couldn't find the thread. Hope it was painfull. Isn't most death painful? I think he meant Robert Black's death Haven't you just answered your own question? No.

The real Paul McCartney for the sixties?

You'd lose if you scored 0. People who live all count for nothing.

You can die on purpose? Yeah, I guess it stretches credibility, though I wouldn't rule out the effects of willpower to hasten or delay one's death by a day or two. The only realistic method I can think of is through water deprivation.

I've just released he called his last album Lazarus, he knew didn't he?
-
The question is - can you tell if their male or female?

I'm glad he was able to keep it quiet if that's what he wanted. A fuck you to the corpse chasing media and indirectly to wankers like us. I reckon there's a few dozen would get similar coverage if they died unexpectedly like Bowie: Prince Mick Jagger Jimmy Page Brian May Paul McCartney John Lydon Ringo Starr Bob Geldolf Bono Tina Turner Bob Dylan Bruce Springsteen Surviving Bee Gees Madonna Billy Joel Lars Ulrich Stevie Wonder Lionel Richie Leonard Cohen Bruce Dickinson Elton John Any member of Pink Floyd Roger Taylor (or any member of The Who) Cliff Richard Any member of Abba

It bites when you know they could still have produced another couple of albums worth of songs. I'll be interested to see if his post-moterm catalogue is released.

Phantom, just for my theme team, could you go out and buy this album please? Are you thinking I'll do a clean sweep of them? Having checked the listing, I'd get only five hits I think, surprisingly - Jon Anderson, Bryan Ferry, Bruce Foxton, Peter Gabriel and Chris "Merrick" Hughes. But that's 5 more than I got last year or even expect this year! But I don't want any of them to die. Fuck! it's bad enough that I got Motorhead's last album for Christmas and then Lemmy drops dead a few days later. I still haven't played it yet. Could you buy whatever shit the rolling stones are flogging now as it's about time Kieth Richards carked it. Am I only one who finds the sudden sycophantic reaction of the media disturbing. Personally think there should be laws that news organisations. There's something uneasily like wallowing/celebrating in his death to the BBC's current coverage. The last time I can remember anything like this was Michael Jacksons death.

I'm guessing you did not see my original post as it was on the previous page. I looked at Graeme's profile photo but because there are no posts from him available to view, I can't really get my point across. This is Toastie's profile photo: and her post Avatar: This is Lardy's profile photo: and her post Avatar: All four are rectangular and the profile photo doesn't automatically get cropped when a post is made. This is Creep's profile photo: and his post Avatar: Sir Creep's rectangular profile photo is automatically cropped to form a square when he makes a post and he loses his end bits. The question is, what are Toastie and Lardy doing right and Sir Creep doing wrong. I'd love to help but I did mine years ago and haven't got a clue. They're a fine set of balls though, aren't they? I thought it was the bottom of a ship.

January 17th last year. Probably around that again, unless Plusnet pull the plug of course! Someone miss the internet bill?

It's the Dutch name of the Grim Reaper. The 'Magere' bit means skinny. 'Hein' is a name related to Hendrik, Henrik, Henk, Henri, Heinz, Henry and Enrico. This raises more questions than it answers. Who the fuck is skinny Henry and why is he your version of the grim reaper?

I think you meant AND rather than BUT. No she means but. I do indeed. I wish I had read my message once more before I hit the Post button. I'm a he BTW. It was right in the first instance I'm not sure what SC's complaint was... Anyway you're a bloke? Fuck it's been two years of thinking Margere was dutch for Margaret.
