Ng Jui Ping (c. 1948 – 1 January 2020) was a Singaporean entrepreneur and former army general. He was the second Chief of Defence Force (CDF) of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from 1992–1995 and held the rank of Lieutenant-General.

I think if I typed in my geordie dialect you might well struggle with that, haha. Well that my friend is another can of worms entirely. And just realised you're Swedish so might be taking specialist subject to mean a subject on which one has an intricate/above average knowledge in the literal sense, it has a common parlance meaning of a subject that an individual will talk about at length because they have an interest in it, that interest doesn't necessarily need to be of a higher level than anyone else at the table - they just need to be louder/more vocal about the interest.

You are right, by specialist I meant the obitability of former stars of the show - I challenge you to ask a random 20 year old Brit if they know how old Ernst Walder is (89 btw) and who he played (Ivan Cheveski, husband of Elsie Tanner (played by Pat Phoenix died 1980s) on screen daughter Linda (Anne Cunningham - who still lives well into her 70s, but might not scrape an obit and is unlikely to die soon?
