    James Earl Jones

Wow, RIP. And what an embarrassing miss for the list. Y'all really bet on Dick Van Dyke (who literally won an Emmy last night) over James, smh.

Wow, a smashing success right out of the gate! Bravo DL!

    Worst pick of 2024 Deathlist?

Bummed there's no Caren Marsh Doll on the list. I don't know if I can name someone specifically that I disagree with but the back half of the list feels almost silly. I think there's likely to be a lot of hits in the top half of the list though. Really wish they had put a couple of in office American political figures on here.

    Ideas and possibilities for 2024

I'd like to see: Warren Buffett Betty DeGeneres Barbara Eden Chuck Grassley Mitch McConnell Joe Biden June Lockheart David Attenborough Gene Hackman Janis Paige Sophia Loren (she had a fall recently) Iris Apfel June Spencer June Squibb Michelle Presle Ray Anthony Eva Marie Saint (oldest Oscar winner ever) Bonnie Bartlett Noam Chomsky Tippi Hedren Peter Marshall Buzz Aldrin John Astin Caren Marsh Doll (like the last Wizard of Oz person left) And I think someone like Willie Nelson could come off the list for next year if you're wondering who to cut. And getting some of the aging US political dinosaurs will be important. Gonna be some big hit opportunities next year! Been watching for years from the sidelines!

    Ideas and Possibilities for 2021

These are some great suggestions, all of which I agree with. I would however like to re add Jiang Zemin to the discussion, as well as put Bobby Vinton into the deathlist radar. You guys already have Tony Bennet on there, why not give him some company. Also, sup. First post since January 1, 2014, I don't think I've even logged in since then. But I've had the site in my bookmarks every year since and refresh at midnight on New Years. Long time follower but I guess a literal silent observer. It's basically my homepage lol.

    Deathlist 2014

The ones I don't know, I look up. And I see why they were chosen.
