And requires around the clock care. An excellent choice for the committee next year if she is still with us.

    The Deathlist Poker Tournament 2020

I'm kind of hoping it's my year! Don't underestimate me because I've come nearly last in every year on nearly every pool I have entered! The enema seems like a game changer......

    The Deathlist Poker Tournament 2020

I remember Everett McGill but only as Ed Hurley in Twin Peaks!Husband of eccentric deluded one eye patch user Nadine Hurley! I expect many of the names of Twin Peaks cast members to start appearing in more lists as time goes on.Piper Laurie, Ray Wise , Grace Zabriske, Michael Ontkean etc. We have already lost Jack Nance, Peggy Lipton and Warren Frost. Others too I'm sure.

    The Deathlist Poker Tournament 2020

Some interesting choices , names and entrees this year. The teams entered by @YorkshireBanker @Bibliogryphon @msc @JoeMoneypenny and @Perhaps seemed to especially catch my eye with the intriguing and interesting choice and mix of names in their lists.

Thoughts and Opinions on the 2020 List

So we are halfway through the year and have 11 hits. Is that the highest mid year tally the committee has ever had or just one of the higher ones?
  10. I've got a very strong feeling and sense that 2020 is going to be a watershed, landmark end of an era kind of year as we embark upon a new decade. I think a lot of big or significant names will finally pass away next year. More so than in 2016 a year many highlight as being a big year for celebrity/famous deaths. Prince Philip, Vera Lynn, Kirk Douglas amongst the names I expect to fall next year as well as current and former world leaders like Mikhail Gorbachev, Jimmy Carter, Sultan of Oman etc More of the winning England 1966 football team as well sadly are likely. Anybody else got the feeling that 2020 in terms of not just the official deathlist but wider deadpooling or famous deaths is going to be an unusually big momentous year? PS Hope the crude metaphor does not offend!

I predict the grim reaper is going to be 'like a super strong enema 'in 2020

The next six months of the year are going to be as busy and eventful for the enema as the first six months mark my words! So yes you are right those people and other notables should be getting very worried! Imagine if the committees success rate in the first six months is matched in the second half of the year? That would be a gigantic 22 hits!!

    Clarissa Eden

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clarissa_Eden Noticed there wasn't a thread for Clarissa Eden, the widow of Former UK Prime Minister Anthony Eden who was forced out of office in the 1950s over the controversial Suez Crisis. Now aged 96,I feel she is worthy of her own thread so here it is!

Superb post. The only point I would make is that the morning after the 2019 general election I assumed the tories were in for two terms. Now I am not assuming that....

I'm not getting the joke but then I'm half focused on internet soft porn! I'd have thought him being 101 is a reason to nudge people closer to choosing him
