On all the threads, there are stars on the top of the page going from 1-5 stars, and some of them have a rating, while others don't (I noticed the profile pages don't have them anymore as well, but that's not the main question I have). But when I try to rate them, I can't actually rate them at all. Does anyone know why I can't do that?

There was a person that I thought would be a good pick as I'm doing some more research, but then I looked at the date of the article and discovered that was over five years old. EDIT: He's been in remission for that same amount of time as well.
