    Donald J Trump

Yes, but we know that cases have been more undercounted than deaths, particularly in the earlier stages when there was less access to testing.
  4. It's too late for anyone else to enter themselves as a candidate now.

Hope you slept well, and thanks for running this. (My score should be 25 though).

    Ideas and Possibilities for 2021

Assuming Chris Christie survives this bout of COVID, it might be worth keeping an eye on how frail he looks post-admission. Adding potential long COVID and general deconditioning to his multiple comorbidities would put him at fairly high risk for the coming year.

    Donald J Trump

Trump will probably live. The death rate from COVID in septuagenarians is only about 5%, and he's obvs going to get the best possible care. (Although barely tested novel antibody treatments are a tad questionable). However, he's very likely done with the campaign trail. The average time between onset of COVID symptoms and discharge from hospital for those admitted: 25 days.

And deaths tend to lag new cases by a few weeks so may be anticipated to rise for a while yet...

    Sir David Attenborough

He's one of the most eminent Brits over age 90, rivalled only by Phil and Lizzy. I think he may be too big to risk missing, so I doubt they'll drop him. Plus, having watched his latest doc Extinction, he's definitely going downhill and it has the air of a valediction. I regret that I wouldn't be at all surprised if he pops his clogs in the next year or so.

    Mary Berry

She's too healthy and active for a deathlist nomination yet. Could easily have another ten or fifteen years in the tank. It would be another matter if she developed the big C or something, of course.
