Been in the workshop since half 2, playing catch up. Now I’m done with the Biden/Trump debate, I can start detoxifying my ears with stuff like this.

Who will win the 2020 US Presidential Election?
TQR replied to Windsor's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Good to see the debates are similar to those in the UK, in that they’re an absolute shambles. No clear idea of any policy from either side, as a result of most of the time being taken up by Trump spitting his dummy out at every turn, while the Fox moderator feebly tried to stop him so Biden could have a chance to stammer his way through an actual answer to a question. -
And there goes the death rate; 71 new Covid deaths recorded in the last 24 hours, the most since 1st July. Also 7,143 new confirmed cases, a new record. But hospital admissions are slightly down. Maybe they’re full?

I think that, on balance, Boris Johnson is a bit incompetent. Apologies, I misspoke there. Boris Johnson and his wretched cronies are all the absolute pinnacle of cuntery, and are and always have been dishonest, disorganised, clueless, dangerous, backwards and generally completely fucking useless and the sooner we dispose of this septic nappy full of turds that we call our government the fucking better. -
The absolute fucking legends of the musical sphere, Matt & Luke off of Bros, are 52 today

Correspondent Simon Marks lays it out nice and clear here. This is both completely extraordinary and yet completely expected. -
A brilliant reminder that The White Stripes didn’t just do Seven Nation Army.

Correct. Obviously Philip steamed through anything with a front bottom but a lesser known fact is that Gabor was often being ‘roasted by the two Finns.

Who will win the 2020 US Presidential Election?

Yep, the very foundations of his frightful ego are built on his “money”, but delusional sociopaths like him can choose to pretend that any woes in that respect simply don’t exist. Much like all the presidential fuck ups of his tenure. As an answer to my own question earlier, Biden released the past three years worth of tax returns when his candidacy was made official. All clear. If I were him, I’d attack, attack, attack on this issue, particularly in the debates (as if he was running low on material to start with!) -

The four top Twitter trends at the moment, as a result of it being brought to light that Trump has seen 10-figure losses and, tax-wise, despite being a “billionaire”, paid less than half what I pay every month in the years 2016 and 17, and nothing for 10 years of the last 15. I’m going out on a limb here, but a) Trump will be quite biblically wound up by the #TrumpIsBroke hashtag, and b) This whole thing is unlikely to serve him well voter-wise. Has Biden released his tax returns at all, do we know? -

Hilary Clinton, I’m sure practically everyone will agree, was not a good Presidential candidate. But, in retrospect, she was bang on about Trump. -
Veteran MP Diane Abbott is either 39, 67 or 121 today. Not successfully done the sums yet.

Fixed.

What, some people are coming back to life?

Biden’s a PEEDO

Fuck sanity. This is entertainment.

I think, perhaps subconsciously, you repeatedly undermine yourself, so if it’s all the same to you, we’ll (mostly) agree to disagree (with you)

Misspelling does not make a point, just a quick pointer for you. I honestly think you’re not seeing my point, or are rather too focused on your own rhetoric. Again, the traits of many a diehard Trumpist. And please, he’s not a ‘dope’. See my first comment. That kind of trivialisation is dangerous.

I was joking.

On combing through this... The link to Biden’s “racism”. This, from a couple of decades ago, was a point about underprivileged individuals who turn to crime needing help getting on the straight and narrow, not about race. Here he is recently, showing how racist he is. No evidence of misogyny, no evidence of peedophilia or even paedophilia, just evidence of someone who’s too tactile and needs telling this to avoid gross exaggerations like that clip from the heavily partisan YouTube channel who posted that clip. As a comparison, here’s a list of sexual misconduct cases against Trump. That’s what we’ve got to think about, just what exactly we’re comparing here. Biden doesn’t have an anti-LGBT stance. Much like many politicians, he’s moved with the times on this. This here might be worth digesting, which, aside from explaining how Biden is getting backing from the LGBT perspective, also points out that Pence is still, today, staunchly against same sex marriage, and that Trump is heavily undermining rights that should already be a given in the courts. Biden being a “clueless imbecile“ and a “dementia sufferer” is predominantly him and his stammer. Trump being a clueless imbecile...I genuinely don’t know where to start, nor do I have time to even scratch the surface of the depths of his idiocy. Maybe some bleach would help? I get what you’re saying; you like a shock political result. Sure, there’s entertainment value in that. But there is emphatically not any entertainment value in the ramifications of voting in such a wholly horrendous individual. Bernie Sanders is a self-proclaimed Socialist. Let’s get this clear, this is not, and neither is ‘lefty’ or anything similar, a dirty term. But the question was where is the Marxism in the Democrat party? With these such vast gulfs between both candidates’ undeniable incompetences, you can surely see how easy it is to assume that anyone still so hellbent on smearing Biden and backing Trump is, well, a Trump supporter. You can claim to be green and all that guff, but your Trump critique boiled down to him being a ‘dope’. That’s why I call dishonesty. But, hey, it’s not my election. I’m done with the US, there are too many problems here in the UK to have enough energy left to care what the country does to itself anymore.

That’s no answer to what I just said, more just a feeble attempt to obscure your own Trumpism. You know as well as everyone else does that Trump is all of the adjectives I used, given that he’s very clearly portrayed each and every one of them on practically a weekly basis. But if you could give an example of Biden being each of those adjectives, just for the people who may have missed it, that’d be very helpful. And please, while you’re there, describe which Democratic policies/attitudes can reasonably be deemed ‘Marxist’. Because, again, some people might’ve missed that. A unanimously backed tick though for the point about both candidates being shit. It’s just that one is shit like a stubbed toe, the other is shit like malignant melanoma.
