I think Trump will be around longer than we think, apart from his weight there isnt much wrong with him (physically speaking that is). I think Elon wants to leave, why else would he put his chair position to chance? He's probably afraid of having his family doxxed again so he'll most likely appoint someone who shares his political views as CEO while remaining Chairman of the board.
