Agreed. It’s hard to understand why the 2012 line-up could not continue even with a reduced backing band. Mike Love was always more interested in a fast buck. Tragically, Jeff Foskett passed away after a battle with a rare cancer. He was the main force who got Brian back on track, especially the fantastic Pet Sounds tour. It was so sad that he finally sold out to Mike Love. Al Jardine seems to be Brian’s main ally these days.
