The ones listed on Wikipedia's "living centenarians known for other reasons than longevity", but it's likely very incomplete. Polish Wanda Półtawska got to 100 yesterday. Ravensbrück concentration camp survivor, physician and author, friend of Pope John Paul II. Had cancer in 1962 but was "cured" by Padre Pio (1887-1968), later canonised for "miracles" like this. Made news this March for opposing "abortion-tainted" vaccines. Very frail.

Opened a church at ground zero and did a speech in English yesterday. Does not seem to be in bad health.

https://www.hs.fi/muistot/art-2000008356618.html Linnea Tanttu, one of the oldest people in Finland has died at the age of 106. She had memories of the Independence of Finland in 1917 and the Civil War of 1918, probably if not the last, one of the last living people to have memories of these events. Also remembered the spanish flu pandemic.

https://www.nbcsvg.com/2021/11/02/sir-james-mitchell-has-been-hospitalized/ Now has severe dengue fever... Also, former President of Indonesia 2004-2014 Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono "SBY" has prostate cancer: https://nationaldailyng.com/former-president-hospitalised In early stages, I don't expect him to die before his predecessor Megawati Sukarnoputri who is well above the ages his parents lived to and has already outlived her husband and a younger sister and has recently been a subject of health rumors and hoaxes.

Now 90. How much longer will she live? Ten years since it was disclosed that "Alzheimer's disease has removed her from the public gaze for the last 15 years" and her biography apparently suggests that the memory loss already started around 34 years ago, in 1987. Vitti has been living with it longer than anyone notable, the other ones in the top 5 probably being Carmen Sevilla (Over 9 years in late-stage alzheimer's), Margarita Terekhova (15 years with it, in late stages for atleast five years), Pasqual Maragall (14-15 years with Alzheimer's) and Joanne Woodward (around 12-13 years with it? In late stages for years)

https://www.svt.se/nyheter/lokalt/uppsala/en-dod-och-en-svart-skadad-i-centrala-uppsala Four hours ago: Two dead in Uppsala Concert & Congress Hall around thirty minutes before an ABBA tribute performance (""Thank you for the music", a tribute to Björn & Benny and their music") was supposed to start. Someone fell from the 7th floor and hit two people, the other one died and the other one is currently in hospital.

https://www.seiska.fi/kotimaa/vesa-matti-loiri-onnettomuudessa-kuva-paljastaa-vauriot/1163756 V-M Loiri has been in some kind of an accident, didn't comment on it. Looks very great for someone who will be 77 in two months, especially considering his health history (check the post from August for it) I'm still convinced that he won't make it to 80, how are his organs even still working after 60 years of alcohol use and smoking (and all the other stuff he's used)?

Edgardo Labella, Filipino politician and Mayor of Cebu hospitalised for the (fourth?) time this year. This time due to pneumonia and sepsis. He either has or had cancer and has had recurring pneumonia since an ear infection and sepsis in January and had a mild stroke last month.
