I'm just going to be diplomatic and "pretend" I didn't see the above post just this once...

Anyway it's stupid o clock in the morning here so I'm off to bed. I look forward to waking up to being banned by one of your counterparts tomorrow morning with pleasure. :) that's the way of the world.

Bit too entertained by this monologue to ban right now

As you probably saw the above post, you know full we I never actually mean anything I type on here, all for reactions and I do have boundaries (shock horror). I hope you're happier now.

Anyway I'm glad you find me talking to myself amusing. The old ladies on my bus this morning were far less amused.

As I have alluded to above, I cannot help but be moved by the story you potray, it seems like the village folk of the deathlist have treat you utterly appallingly. One can only hope that the final chapter of this particular yarn has been written from a forgiven standpoint and not by a slasher author.

Indeed Aaron your moral compass can not be doubted, and neither can your determination to fight for justice for those wronged by tyrants and cliques within our evermore fractured society. I can only hope your arguments of reason are treat less harshly than mine of the past.

You are absolutely right Eddie. There's no reason you shouldn't stand up for yourself when treated with contempt by all around you. You go my son, fight off those DL demons.

And yes it is indeed, a fabulous album. By pure coincidence I too am listening to it.

I will fight for true justice until it is received. If the other outlaw folk of this Internet village can be welcomed back with open arms, then why not the outlaw of the village whom was most loved by the gentle folk abs other outlaws alike. Do our village elders feel more threatened by this particular virtual cowboy than other weaklings perhaps?

As I've already said, this is indeed a very convincing line of thought which I fully agree with. You have my full support Eddie. The way this community has ostracized you despite your past contributions to it is utterly appalling.

I thank you for your support once again Aaron, if only more could see this in as compassionate a light as you.

I have Troublegum playing. I'm sure that's what you mean. A good band indeed.

Indeed, I ask the moderators of this great site to look honestly into users eyes and admit that they wouldn't want to be castigated and judged for life on the basis of actions from their late teens and early to mid twenties. Can they honestly say that they were perfect fully rounded people at that age?

Indeed indeed. I'd imagine at that age many of them enjoyed an excess drink or two, a few two many drugs or a good old adrenaline rush. After all a good old adrenaline rush is all I ever sought from a trolling or spamming outburst. Do the admins, whether of the flower power era or the getting pissed in bus shelters to blur era mot at least recognise that universal condition of the human race? Like the sobered up former crack addict seeking forgiveness from the mother he used to rob to feed his habit, I turn to you mods to seek clemency?

I couldn't not agree more my friend, as a long time lurker I find the way you have been treated utterly appaling. It's surely some form of discrimination in this enlightened age to mistreat a member of our community in this manner.

I'm glad to have your support, it surely is indeed some form of discrimination from the admin team to ostracise someone who was a valued member of this community for 6 years for a handful of misdemeanours committed in a matter of months. I know most of the community agree with me, it's glad to have even lurkers willing to speak out on my behalf. :) peace out

I think possibly they would have had far more variety had they made it an Americas Song Contest - include Central and South America and Canada.

They could ensure the variety by picking certain contributors to make it to the Grand Final by some sort of league system.

Otherwise sounds like it might be a choice of songs from a homogenous group of folk. Odd - how do you encapsulate the "sound" of Maryland as against the "sound" of Oregon? Europe's diversity almost instantly sells itself.

Yeah but that wouldn't be star spangled bannery enough.

I'd imagine it'll far more be about the individual singers than the States, which could produce a few new more family friendly bubblegum pop stars like Olivia Rodrigo, which is what America's flagshaggers are desperate for with all the Cardi B and Lil Nas X and drill rappers outrage.

  9. Boring Bob was by very nature the most inoffensive person that could be imagined and yet the admin felt the need to ban him for spamming. I mean, looking at some of the other interesting characters who inhabit this place, Boring Bob was right at home here and could have made many an acquaintance. So why ban him?

It feels like the interesting characters on here always get the short straw. Allowing Zorders and Morbidkid clemency to return but not allowing any of my alter egos regarding of how inoffensive they are stinks of absolute vendetta territory. What I did was no worse than what either of they did. Why am I being persecuted in excess of that levelled at them, against the stayed wishes of your users?
