Simple reason why Football Fan can't be the same person as Weatherman: If you take all the postings from Weatherman90/91 and all the postings from Mr. Fan, and put them in a book, you would have something slightly longer than the Gormenghast Trilogy which would have given even the Prophet Joseph Smith cramps trying to type in the time available. I rest may case.

    Death In Pixie Boots?

Mind if I show him a picture, Stayin'?

Don't know, but every time I go for a curry I'm terrified of getting scalped.
  5. Now you mention it, I once met Paul Darrow. But as you can see he didn't leave a lasting impression. He was acting in a play at the college where I studied.

    Kurt Waldheim

Herr Well-Yes irrt sich gewaltig bei seiner Vermutung daß ich weiterhin bereit bin seine unsinnige Äußerungen ins englische zu übersetzen.

    Max Schmeling

Mr. Germany (watch out, could be a body-building champion) doesn't think Schmeling had anything to do wth Hitler.

    Sir Patrick Moore

Did he offer to show you his "magic log"?

    Kurt Waldheim

Herr F**kbolt is of the opinion that we are really fine fellows. (The Germans don't have sarcasm, do they?) He hopes that it will one day rain brains for the creators of the Deathlist.

    Max Schmeling

This man says Schmeling wasn't Hitler's underwear after all. "Really, I hate those lunatics who automatically associate anything German with Nazis. In my opinion, U.S. Americans are much better Nazis." I think he probably really is quite angry. Seems to have a complex about something. And he doesn't like us.

    Ideas and Possibilities for 2006

I thought it was Captain Scarlet who saw it?
  12. Yeah. I went straight for was the last of the three Blakes 7 titles (1981). Oh! The memories! The smiles! The lack of budget! The cheese! I also found this: Vila lives!. There is a huge B7 community out there. Out of necessity, I recently joined a mailing list populated by sadder folks even more in need of fresh air and vitamins than we are here. They spend their days speculating on whether Blake is really dead, and how it might have gone on and such things. Unfortunately for B7 enthusiasts (is there a special name for them?) Paul Darrow (Avon) has dissociated himself from a company which wants to do some kind of a remake because he reckons they aren't being true to what the late Terry Nation would have wanted. Never mind. Did anyone else make their own teleport bracelet out of a Robinson's Orange juice bottle?

    Andy Griffith Characters

He played the eponymous hero in a US TV series called Matlock from the late 80's. We get repeats of it here in the afternoons. Mrs. N. likes to watch it sometimes when she's doing the ironing. I don't know if it was ever on in the UK.
  14. Great to see Blake's 7 on there, Wha Don't you? and all those kids programmes from back then! What a shame the Sykes title sequence isn't included.

Sorry, that's spelt Moshammer. He was strangled with a telephone cable. Police are investigating a possible connection with the murder of another prominent homosexual in 1990.

    Near Misses for 2005

Famous German Fashion designer to the Hollywood stars and the crowned heads of Europe Rudolf Mooshammer was found dead in his Munich apartment last night. He appears to have been murdered.

    Last Thoughts For 2005

No, be fair it's only 199. 10th post today. In total 21 more than Rude Kid, not even counting when he was posting under a different name. (A lot of captains about at the minute, what?)
  20. Tuber Mirum

    Hey, Rude Kid!

I wouldn't consider your postings as contributions. To me (and I suspect to others) they are detractions. I know you have trouble conceptualising, but many people find it advantageous in life not to irritate the hell out of others. My 9 year old daughter knows this, in spite of never having had a sound thrashing in her life. You obviously don't know it and in fact, think it is clever to be the most exasperatingly irksome obnoxious little jizzrag ever. If you were genuinely clever, you would have realised that when you were banned, it sort of implied that you might be unwelcome on the Death List. Or do I presume too much? That was a good curry (by German standards). Mrs. N. thought so too.

    Hey, Rude Kid!

You don't know how lucky you are Weatherman. I was about to put you well-and-truly in your place, but the phone just rang and I'm going out for a curry instead. Some other time perhaps.

    Death In Pixie Boots?

And these are? Mr Weatherman's interests (aside from Rune Quest whatever that might be) appear to consist of finding ways to fundamentally irritate me (and presumably others) by posting about 10 irrelevant and childish items to the Deathlist per day. He is very good at this which suggests that he is probably as clever as he says he is.

    The Dead Pool

As a kid, I had the honour of spending my summer holidays in Monkey-Hanging Hartlepool every year. I think I've been past that restaurant a couple of times too. Certainly rings a bell. I think there was a Tontine Road in Hartlepool too. It would seem that tontines are probably illegal in the UK. I shall do some research regarding the legal situation here in Germany.

    Karl Malden

Losing your hearing, young Master Weatherman? Perhaps you've been listening to your Manilow tapes too loudly. Why not take a break. I know I could do with one.
