    Tony Hart

Tony Hart + Oliver Postage is a sad one-two in the nostalgia gut. Still, my very first points in the DDP.

    Derby Dead Pool 2007

Oh bugger. I didn't realise this existed. Or indeed any way I could participate. So it's, er, too late to join, then? Clearly.

    Ideas and possibilities for 2007

Well, indeed. And my complete list is about twice that length, but that's just the list I'm offering to my players rather than my actual picks. For some interesting picks, I'd probably be looking at: Michael Foot Humphrey Lyttleton Harold Pinter Richard O'Sullivan Don van Vliet (Captain Beefheart) Jeremy Thorpe Peter Sallis Lucien Freud Tony Hart ..plus the usual 1910's suspects.

    Ideas and possibilities for 2007

Well, my idea is to attribute a cash value to each celeb and give players a budget to buy a death squad. Plus, there'll be categories such as sport, music, film and politics and you have to have at least a couple of celebs from each category. So pretty much like fantasy football, but more morbid.

    Ideas and possibilities for 2007

Hello! You are all sick, etc. I am thinking of running my own Fantasy Death League for 2007 and stumbled across this site during my research. Here are some of the names I'll be offering up, concentrating on the ones who don't appear to be perennial favourites on here and weren't on this year's list. Unless I've spelt them wrong. Have only checked a few on here but hopefully there's a sprinkling of interesting ones that haven't already been discussed to, er, death: Dennis Healey 1917 Arthur C Clarke 1917 Edmund Hilary 1919 Pete Seeger 1919 Dave Brubeck 1920 Prince Phillip 1921 Deborah Kerr 1921 Nancy Reagan 1921 Hal David 1921 Humphrey Lyttleton 1921 Jimmy Young 1921 Peter Sallis 1921 Liz Smith 1921 Dennis Norden 1922 Tom Finney 1922 Pat MacNee 1922 Christopher Lee 1922 Lucien Freud 1922 Eric Sykes 1923 Peter Vaughan 1923 Bert Trautmann 1923 Dickie Attenbrough 1923 John Mortimer 1923 Nicholas Parsons 1923 Lauren Bacall 1924 G Bush snr 1924 Clement Freud 1924 Leslie Phillips 1924 Jimmy Carter 1924 Doris Day 1924 Dick van Dyke 1925 BB King 1925 Paul Newman 1925 Richard Baker 1925 Tony Benn 1925 Nat Lofthouse 1925 June Whitfield 1925 Alan Whicker 1925 Tony Hart 1925 Stanley Baxter 1926 David Attenbrough 1926 Jimmy Saville 1926 Ian Paisley 1926 Stan Tracey 1926 Shelley Berman 1926 George Martin 1926 Chuck Berry 1926 The Queen 1926 Jerry Lewis 1926 Kenneth Kendall 1926 Tony Bennett 1926 Jerry Stiller 1927 June Brown 1927 Neil Simon 1927 William Rees-Mogg 1928 Patrick McGoohan 1928 Noam Chomsky 1928 Jimmy Hill 1928 James Ivory 1928 Joss Ackland 1928 Jeremy Thorpe 1929 Betty Boothroyd 1929 Thelma Barlow 1929 Roger Bannister 1929 Neil Armstrong 1930 Bert Kwouk 1930 Buzz Aldrin 1930 Windsor Davies 1930 Norman Tebbit 1931 Rip Torn 1931 Olympia Dukakis 1931 Scotty Moore 1931 Ned Sherrin 1931 Colin Wilson 1931 Alexander Thynn, Marquess of Bath 1932 Barbara Knox 1933 Jonathan Miller 1934 Richard Briers 1934 Jerry Lee Lewis 1935 Pavarotti 1935 Don van Vliet 1941 Sarah Miles 1941 Mike Yarwood 1941 Brian Wilson 1942 Sly Stone 1944 Ray Davies 1944
