Tuco - a deathlist favorite...still cheating death whether on the gallows or standing on a gravestone, or even hanging out with Marilyn Monroe and Gable! What a man!

Liddy probably won't die until he is well into his 100's!

Well at least Andy is honest....I guess!

Thanks to all of you who contributed to this thread. Hopefully it has been interesting and educational in some ways too!

Charlie is certainly making the most of his 15 minutes of fame.

In order for Frank Buckles to lie in state in the nation's capitol it must be approved in Congress. This sucks out loud!!!!! Obama should step up and order this to be done, not only for the sake of Mr. Buckles but also in respect for the other Americans who gave their lives - or time - in service during the Great War!
There will be no other WWI veterans left to honor in this way.

R.I.P Mr. Buckles.........

Keith is gonna live to 100...no doubts....get him OFF the list for a long, long time.

Smoking seaweed, dipping snuff, and an occasional shot of whiskey will get you past 100, easy.

So this leaves: Florence Green, Claude Choules, and Frank Buckles as the last 3 living. Right???

Watching the classic "Psycho" from 1960 (50th anniversary of it this year).
Just wondering how many of the lead actors are still living. Here is what I came up with:
Vera Miles - played Lila Crane (Marion's sister) still living age 79
John Gavin - played Sam Loomis (Marion's boyfriend) still living age 78 (I think).
Once these two are gone, that will be the end of 'em.

My favorite is: "You sons of bitches. Give my love to Mother."
~~ Francis "Two Gun" Crowley, d. 1931
Executed in electric chair.
-
"Please put out that light, James." - Theodore Roosevelt
"Useless, useless" - John Wilkes Booth (Though some think he might have been saying the name of his girlfriend..."Lucy, Lucy")

If I were him (which of course I am not) I would just retire and enjoy the last months or years of my life on the beach or fishing or just goofing around. Not in that dreaded Capitol Building with the rest of the blowhards.

I am going with Eli Wallach, one of my fav actors, see quote below from "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly".....Classic!

LONDON -- Guinness World Records said that 113-year-old British World War I veteran Henry Allingham has become the world's oldest man.
The previous holder of the title, Tomoji Tanabe, died in his sleep in southern Japan at the age of 113.
Allingham is one of only two surviving World War I veterans in Britain and celebrated his 113th birthday June 6. He has been Britain's oldest man since January 2007.
Craig Glenday, editor-in-chief of Guinness World Records, said the last Englishman to hold the title of world's oldest man was Frederick Butterfield, who died in March 1974 at the age of 110.
Allingham joined the Royal Naval Air Service - precursor to the Royal Air Force - in 1915, and a year later took part in the Battle of Jutland, the war's largest naval battle. During World War II he worked on measures to counter magnetic mines.
Well...........CONGRATULATIONS HENRY! WELL DONE!

The woman has (had) talent certainly. Wasn't she at the point where she could have made a lot of money singing, entertaining, etc.? Why did she break down and collapse when she didn't win the stupid competition?
Susan, honey, you are not a child. Be an adult!
