And it means sometimes if your logic is wrong, you can still be saved by a source you weren't expecting! I'm in the "Mail wires the safest bet for a Remigino obit" camp FWIW, though could see him getting more.

I would assume McCain and Zeffirelli (and maybe Zarin because he was such a Mail no brainer) were the only ones to be 100% on both dying and obiting?

If I had to pick a name sure to only be 7 points on my main team, it would've been someone with proper celebrity like Lorimer. Reality TV spouses need to have a high point value to justify me picking them. I mean, I only picked Zarin anywhere on the DDP to begin with because his one-letter difference in name with a singer amused me.

TBF Skellern was actually discussed on here before we knew of his illness in a "I wonder what Peter Skellern is up to these days" post and the Archers are a UK radio institution. More justifiable than Feek by light years.

It's weird to think how Percy Sledge was a cult DDP pick in 2015 considering most people knew who he was. If the D40 bonus existed then you'd have seen him championed a lot on forum, no doubt.

Toothill is a rarity for me in that his accomplishment is interesting enough for me that, despite being FFBI, I don't feel much guilt in picking him. I tend not to risk last minute accident coma picks, for the most part. And her case was looking 50/50 at submission time. Well done to those who risked her. A dreadfully sad case though.
