Sticking with Rayya... I'll add someone new at some point, or at least when she goes
-
I like that the "related people" from a Google search for him is a hodgepodge of his contemporaries from boxing and his contemporaries from the DL.

A good clawback after a few arid months... the likes of Elias and Van Zan could well keep June blazing.
-
Looks like a Chorizo victory here, well done to him!
-
As I just got a DDP hit with a J Perez I shall vote for another J Perez in de Cuellar.
-
RIP to him, he fought on much longer than anyone could have expected.

Good job to nearly half the poll voters. Thread closed.

Hell to the yeah! EDIT: The article is largely about the social media response to her death and the subheader even makes mention of her 14 million Instagram followers. I guess the conclusion I reached that her social media presence could get her a Mail obit wasn't too far off (even though I picked her moreso with the BBC in mind), even if it was Mirror not Mail that got to it first.
-
Apologies for the belated response, I agree and will pick John B. Anderson (as despite all eyes on Bush I have the feeling Anderson will quietly slip away before Bush goes)

I don't think I can ever outdo my "wait a second, Abe Vigoda might be doing alright after all..." whoopsie.

Now a ripe 100, Franzese is to finally be granted release later this month.
-
And it also means I'll need two out of my four differentials to deliver (or let's be honest, one Smith Hart and any one other) to have a chance - JuPe is younger than all of my differentials. Interesting times ahead...
-
If an obit doesn't come that's my victory chances in the toilet pretty much, although I could still quite realistically achieve a podium place. So a make-or-break moment for the TJS campaign.

That name somehow sounded familiar to me... I just checked, it was because Spade mentioned one of his old boxing columns on here years ago as the basis for his Andrew Millwall gamble.
-
Some Hungarian press says he was 43, so alas he misses out.

Michele Morgan died back in December.
-
I agree w Willz's viewpoint, his accomplishment is admittedly more interesting than the deathbed marriages that loiter around this thread, but he wouldn't be getting press for this were it not for the cancer.
-
I'm fine with that.
-
There's also the two Jerry Lewises, albeit one has the Lee of course.

QO for Dunmore: https://www.theguardian.com/books/2017/jun/05/poet-and-author-helen-dunmore-dies-aged-64 Suspect she'd have been an Elias/Nevin-style cult DDP pick had she revealed her diagnosis a few months prior.

Sticking with Christie till he croaks.

Perez actually did get profiled by the BBC around say... 2012, which was one of the factors that persuaded me to risk her. Unless you mean coverage of their illness.
-
Unsurprising given the age but a shame to hear, Wallace and Gromit is good stuff

Well done Rad and Ulitzer. Thread closed.
