Plus they now house the Post Office, at least round my way they do. That must have massively increased footfall. (I can't see the images, other than no=entry icons.)

Don’t Talk To Him is one of Cliff's better songs, but I knew it wouldn't stand much of a chance here.

Also look out for a couple of pools that rumble on until there's a winner. There's a TV equivalent to the Silver Screen pool too.

Same. Interesting that none of them are happy-happy Christmas songs. All have a bit of melancholy in there somewhere.
-
The Pretenders would probably have won if Diego hadn't been playing. Just saying.
-
Yet nobody seems to have a problem with "baby" used as an endearment.

Nothing new there, he gave that as an alibi years ago but apparently it was never thoroughly checked. There's no evidence to connect him with Suzy's disappearance, and no evidence that they ever met. There's a long thread about the case on Websleuths where people have been chewing over the case. Some think he might have done it, others think he's too incompetent to have got away with it.

It would, but the problem is it's been around for so long that everybody's already got it.

So you'll have Sir Creep sussed then when he comes here to tell you he's the "official greeter".

Sorry to hear of your losses. But nice to hear from you. Why did the pizza place close, and what's likely to replace it? -
See! We should leave it there, none of them deserves to lose.

"so full of lovely"

This is going to come down to timing and chance. Realistically there are three winners.
-
Is the Greg Lake song the last survival of the name "Father Christmas" now? It's bloody "Santa" everywhere now, people can't even be bothered with the full Santa Claus.

Good luck. It was fine. Mercifully no music being played. I'm beginning to wonder if it's my brain deliberately tuning it out.

Going for dinner in a pub shortly so putting myself in the firing line.
