I didn't have Moss, but I do have Bonetti.
-
Ahhh, I would have had Moss, but I'd mostly sacked him from pools where age affects scores because of turning 90.
-
Shit. Ironically the coronavirus situation is helping them. “We are lucky to have quarantine measures in place now,” she said. “People stay at home, walk less and wear masks,” anyway, because of the coronavirus threat."
-
I had him in a few pools, including the DDP.
-
Me too, I had GG down to go first.

Says who? Nobody's asked me. That weaselly non-apology: I'm sorry if you feel that ..... etc We've all been fobbed off with that phrase enough times to recognise "sorry (not sorry)" when we hear it. Cow.

In the man's own words: My wife (who has been by my side since Europe) tested negative. And I know someone with a fucking degree in virology - specifically about virus spreading - so I'll take his word for it, not yours, thanks.
-
And how does he know he's "still contagious"? Especially as his wife has tested negative.
-
Because it's not a poll, it's a sweepstake.

Usually I don't! It was a single item I bought for someone else, and I left it there because there was no need to bring it into my house. Which I would have done in normal circumstances, but everything in shops is potentially infected at the moment. -

I agree with you up to a point, but I think it should have been restricted to people who actually died from the virus. 'Victims' suggests to me something stronger than people who get a mild dose and then recover.

Well, of course the worry is that they might chew through something important, eg wiring or cables. Poor little buggers have to keep chewing because their teeth never stop growing. That, and their lack of a sphincter means there is a trail of wee wherever they go. Appalling design from the Creator. I first became aware that I had lodgers in the car last year when I bought something fragile. I keep a fleece blanket in the boot for various contingencies, and when I took it out to wrap the item I discovered that it had been well shredded. A cosy nest for someone! Since then I've had the cleanest boot space in the county. -
'Notable' doesn't necessarily mean 'famous'. I think GUN qualifies. Notable A. adj. 1. Worthy or deserving of attention, esp. on account of excellence, value, or importance; significant in size or amount; noteworthy, remarkable, striking, signal, eminent. (OED)

While not as blatant as that, a lot of seemingly innocuous stuff can add up to identify people, and assist in cracking passwords.
-
It's all about tracing and recording deaths. How is that not relevant? Try to stop being an arsehole.
-
It's one of those phishing things that infest social media, designed to draw people into giving away vital information about themselves.

There is a mouse in my car again. On Monday I spotted a bag of bread flour which I knew a friend was after, so I bought it and left it in the car to decontaminate. Went to retrieve it today and there was a hole in it But there was a silver lining. Searching through the side pocket in the drivers door for peppermint oil, I found my long-lost favourite knife, which I had believed to have gone into the bin with veg peelings. -
Looks like she's been at the Botox.
-
But that figure is deaths reported in a day, yes? They haven't all died on the same day?
-
I agree with Lardy. We are talking about people going into a possibly contaminated environment for a limited time. It's not difficult to avoid touching your face for that limited time. If you discard the gloves on leaving that place, and use hand sanitiser before getting into the car, plus wash hands immediately you get home, I can't see how wearing gloves has put you more at risk than not wearing them. Or anyone else.

So is there anywhere an actual list of numbers who died on specific days? Just curious.
