Please, there really is no need to combust on my account. Try to remain calm at all times. I read that ZZ wasn't doing too well last September, so I thought I'd give him a run out in my team. I'm a bit worried about his obit chances though. You were saying?

Reg Presley - Resolution for next year: ignore my brain. I nearly didn't pick Jardine either. Vincent Bugliosi - Probably will regret this as well but no health information after the initial TMZ report Thor Hansen - Poker player with terminal cancer, though apparently recovered enough to take part in the WSOP last year. Obit pretty doubtful. Julie Newmar - Sounds incredibly bleak on her blog

Right, that's enough over-analysing and last-minute changes I'll probably regret. All in. No Mandela, Misch or Biggs and I've probably fallen for some Lee Evans gambits, but in the words of Bush Jr.: "Fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again." And thanks to TMIB for all the hard work; much appreciated.

In my check-ups on the health of my current picks for next year's DDP, it seems that Yao Defen sadly died on November 13th. Google translates... Though it seems to have been confirmed here. Of course, nothing even approaching points-worthy obituary status, but there we are.

I picked him after by chance reading an article saying he had to miss an award ceremony due to ill health. A real shame.
