    Well family over there have told me that the British are going through a nasty heatwave, oldies suffer in extreme temperatures could finish him off even if the palace/hospital is air-conditioned. how is it over there?

    Her health is now one of the lead items on the nightly news down here, so it is becoming a major issue.

    Davey's views are coloured by the seemingly slightly more hysterical Australian media. Royal things which cause barely a yawn here are seemingly the sign of abdication, death, or republicanism down there. It's a bit mad.

     

    The pollies down here love a handy distraction, they do this kind of thing all the time; the royals have always been a soft target.
