Everyone's favourite 2015 low-hanging fruit (vegetable?) Lauren Hill makes it to the end of the college basketball season. Watching this video, I'm guessing she's gone within two weeks. -
Aslan frontman Christy Dignam was rushed to hospital a few days ago for emergency blood tests related to his ongoing cancer battle, but is well enough to stumble out of hospital for two unconvincing photographs.

Those of us who decided to give him a year off of our deadpool line ups might regret it: he was diagnosed with colon cancer last year which has now spread to his liver, in addition to being completely unable to wash or feed himself now.

Two points of added information, off the top of my head: 1) Plummer is still acting full time, he has four or five films either filming or in post-production currently. 2) He really, really, really hates The Sound of Music. For Julie Andrews most people just remember her from Sound of Music or Mary Poppins whereas Plummer's been working solidly on at least a couple of movies a year playing a variety of roles. But because he plays a variety of roles you don't generally automatically see him and think "oh that's the guy from Sound of Music". Andrews usually plays characters where there's a passing reference to Sound of Music or Mary Poppins, or she's parodying either character. Yeah, but she had a spell of getting fed up with that and countered the cute image by getting her tits out on screen, didn't she? That was in 1981 in the film S.O.B. I thought it was Victor/Victoria? You see, I also thought she got her baps out in "Victor/Victoria", but apparently memory was playing tricks on me. Thankfully, the internet's got us covered:

Damn, no longer will I see him in a TV show that confuses the fuck out of me and seems very unappealing when I accidentally tune in to watch "Family Guy" five minutes early each night.
-
The Daily Mirror published a piece on his death as well, in fairness dude wasn't just a "reality show contestant" he actually had his own (crappy, forgotten) reality show as well. ngl, writing the bios for the DDP has made me nostalgic for "Rock of Love", so thanks whoever picked Daisy De La Hoya.

Just noted Robert Wagner's bio on the site, possibly my favourite one.
-
Draven Rodriguez, the teen behind this viral photo/one-week internet story last year: has killed himself. Daily Mail obituary. That's the world we're living in now.

They've got the number #1 spot at the minute. John McCabe died so Thomas Jefferson Survives will rise to the top in the next update.

Harris Wittels, executive producer for Parks and Recreation and the guy who ran the Humblebrag Twitter account, OD'ing at 30.
-
"Hercules" Harold Johnson, linear Light Heavyweight champion in the early 60s who had five separate big box office fights with Archie Moore, dead at 86.
-
It's worth noting that we could well see out the end of February with the #2 spot in the DDP being held by a theme team who have had just one hit, so to slap the DL around for a lack of hits isn't really fair.
-
Between John Snow and Afroman, it's been a bad week for stoners.
-
Despite being told he had 90 days to live last year, Walter Trout is back touring again. Could be a good DDP diferential pick in 2016.
-
I haven't seen the guy in about three years in fairness, would seem a bit weird to phone him up and go "yeah, sorry about not sending you a Christmas card... anyone, so about that big fuck-off tumour in your stomach, reckon you'll make 2016?"

It's Leslie Gore's wake and she'll die if she wants to.
