I think *you've* misunderstood the meaning of the word nonce:All kid-fuckers are nonces but not all nonces are kid-fuckers . If you're a, then, 50 year old man hanging around an area known for teenage prostitutes you're a nonce. Simples.

Political Discussions And Ranting Thread

I know he's had a bit of a mixed relationship with accuracy in the last ten years or so. But I was re-reading his book "Chavs" a few weeks ago and I still say it's great. -
Further to this part of the Richard O'Sullivan thread-Who will be the next resident of Brinsworth House to go? - Are there any residents who should be included on the DL? - Any info on who is in there ?

Having had a few years to think about it, can we now give Dickie credit for being the first UK celeb to show a studied dislike of Meghan Markle?

They could do with him right now. -
I've mentioned this before, but the first time I posted on this forum I used my full name, including middle-name . I'm glad I didn't keep that up for long.

Films with entirely dead casts
millwall32 replied to Spade_Cooley's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
The original Star Wars has a huge cast, but off the top of my head, I can't think of many of the who are still alive apart from James Earl Jones, Harrison Ford, and Mark Hammill. -
Factors- she's 42, she's dropped 3 kids, she's never shown any particular health problems before, seems to lead an "active" lifestyle, no known unhealthy habits. Will be getting absolute best medical treatment available. Having said that if she's getting chemo we can say that the cancer has either spread or is likely to. And if it's "abdominal/stomach" the current five year survival rate for women in their 40's is apparently about 94%. So she's got a roughly 6% chance of dying of it, and the first set of factors probably drops that to about 4/5%. Not worth a bet in my book.

I'm seeing JS at the Kentish Town forum tonight. I'll look out for any signs of poor health in the great man and report them back here if I see them. Do Deathlisters have any other thoughts on Jerry Sadowitz? (It strikes me that a forum like this might be a big part of his target audience.)

Just read his obit. Seems to have the rare double-distinction of being a nonce with an IRA brother who had to be buried three separate times.

Open casket leopard print coffin time soon. -
That would be my assessment of his health after tonight as well. Bags of energy though.....so possible heart problems??
-
See above, I'll try and keep largely to whether or not he seems ill tonight and we can go from there. [Crosses fingers and hope that he goes to see JS and there is a slight sign of heavy breathing or glassy eyes or that he's seen talking to his doctor outside Kentish Town Station before the gig.]

You may be right BHB. For now, I'll try and keep what I post in this thread after tonight strictly on the subject of whether or not he looks ill.

Maybe I've slightly misunderstood the nature of this thread, but it makes me think of Michael Caine. The media seem to have been prepping what his obits will be for about four decades.

I'd imagine someone's mentioned it already, but Dick Cavett's still alive.
-
Yep, that's the gist of a lot of the stories against. Not a nice man.
-
Yep, I agree, From 4:41 on it certainly looks like he's trying to throw that frame.

I was looking at some older snooker players for the main list. My pick would be Rex Williams (b.1933) I didn't realise he had some Father Ted style "financial irregularities" later in life. Rex Williams - Wikipedia

I was scrolling through Twitter earlier and there was a lot of stuff about how Alex Higgins would've been 75 today. Interestingly, the comments were about 60% "He was a genius" and 40% "I've met him and I hated him."

Richard O'Sullivan- still alive at time of writing. -
Where was that picture taken? it looks like a normal, suburban garden.

Bit of an obscure one, but American actor Lewis Stone (1879 – 1953) dying of a heart attack while receiving police assistance. Found in Kenneth Anger's Hollywood Babylon.

I'd forgotten about Joe Haines writing that. Thanks for the tip Deathrace. I'll give that pod a listen,
