As you're The Authority I'd like to make a complaint , my bins weren't emptied last week. I pay an extortionate amount of Council Tax,so I demand that you do something about it.

One of the main i have recomended several times. The almost fatal stroke was the proof if you were to ask why.. Although it was reported on the 05/08/05 that she had undergone an operation in relation to her stroke. Her husband reported she was much improved following this op. Still, maybe she'll take a turn for the worse.
