It's been over 3 years since I've watched a news broadcast or read a newspaper, so consequently the whole referendum shite has largely passed me by. I find life without 'news' is less stressful.

Fuck all to do with him whether the bitch is retained in any form. We will be 'democratic' after a 'Yes', and if we say 'boot the hoor', he will have to follow. Imo, the SNP have held this back for decades (even though I have always voted 'Nat'), as if they had made it clear they would disband afterwards, then that would have overcome many objections. I loathe the Royal Family and would happily line them all up against a wall and machine-gun the lot.

It's not about moral highground, it's about a more balanced society. Do you really think that the average CEO of a FTSE 100 company should earn 160 x more than the average salary? How do such vast inequalities benefit society?

The average CEO has an easier job than the guy at the bottom, he has a large degree of control, the little guy is a powerless cog. The average CEO certainly doesn't work 16 hrs a day. Even when they fail, the worst that happens to them is they are let go, usually with a big fat severance cheque. When you're at the top of the executive ladder failure is often rewarded, when you're at the bottom failure is never rewarded.

The underclass leech a lot less from society than those at the top table of capitalism, the CEO's & directors of large corporations. They get rich off the labour of others.

I wish the Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish would all fuck off. Give Cornwall it's independence too, and make Greater London a City State. Smaller independent states are the way to go, the EU is doomed to failure.

He didn't need the money, he wanted the money, big difference. He was a selfish fuck who killed himself, most probably in a moment of intense self-pity. Personally I found the majority of his TV and film appearances rather irritating, his look at me!, look at me! style of acting/performing got on my nerves.
