-6 isn't nearly enough of a downvote. -

Oh I agree, Noel is a grade A plank. And all the arguments about Oasis thinking they are the second coming, even if only of The Beatles, hold at least some water. But one is absolutely spoiled for choice on 'songs' that are worse here which is ultimately what we are supposedly voting for. -

Not only that, you've downvoted Blur. It might not be the best track in the world but as with Wannamaker and Oasis.... There's an absolute pile of dross here and you choose that? I'm appalled by the taste hereabouts sometimes And @ladyfiona hasn't even pitched up yet to ponder which Take That track to vote up Edit: Spoke too soon -

Now that is on one of my playlists. First track in I don't know how long. Edit: Actually thinking about it I'm kind of mystified how it got to #1, sure it's dance/trance floor filler, but not the kind of thing normally hits the top of 7" single charts. All the teen mob must've been on holiday. -

From that massive smorgasboard of ghastliness, you choose this? Got to be some sort of Gallagher hate, I mean I know they might be considered a pair of twats but even so.... Oh well, shrug. -

Good luck with that. Enjoy. Can I swap my +4 for an additional -4? There are 4 from Take That alone and 1 from East 17, ugh No need to guess the demographic behind that. Wetter than wet, MoanU (omfg) and two from those renowned stadium fillers Robson and Jerome? I didn't even realise they had a 2nd hit... -

If that were here I'd vote for it over all these. I've lost interest again, nothing here is terrible. There's too few of us for what we choose to be statistically significant, so it's just a bunfight between the individual tastes. FWIW I disagree about bottom two and top four especially snap, but not nearly enough to fight about it (even though I have prior votes for both) and will vote bottom places down to move on. 62 Shakespear’s Sister – Stay 61 The Shamen – Ebeneezer Goode 59 Ace of Base – All That She Wants 48 Tasmin Archer – Sleeping Satellite +4 21 Snap! – Rhythm Is a Dancer 07 2 Unlimited – No Lyrics -6 -

It's meh. I'd not be reaching for the off switch in a rush like some of the early fallers, but well, meh. I think I probably have two failings once the obvious dreck has been cleared I don't really like soppy love songs and power ballads, there are a few I love, but they have to get over a very high bar compared to what other people seem to like. So good or not I end up downvoting them. I'll nearly always choose something different that pushed the edges when released over overplayed songs no matter how good they are. These skew my voting and I know it.
