He's known for his "Caught in Providence" show that has clips with millions of views on Youtube.

This video on Caprio's FB page seems to have all the hallmarks of a last farewell. Frailer, very emotional and has all the aura of someone who knows his time might be nearly up.

Apologies if already posted, but I couldn't see that it had: Jennifer Leak, who had a few key film roles in the late 60's before ekeing out a long career in television, has died, aged 76.
Wiki: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Leak
Could've gone in soap opera thread too I guess.

Gordon Cowans diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s.
He’s a friend of a friend & saw him about 3 or so years ago, & it was so sadly obvious he had some form of difficulty.
He’s now brave enough to go public & should be admired. Cracking player for us in his day, & woefully underused by England.
Feel slightly hypocritical on having him on my list today.
Gordon Cowans has taken a detoriation (from X);
Gordon Cowans is in a nursing home as his dementia takes a stronger hold. Goodness Sid you deserve much better for all that skill you gave us on the pitch and the laughs off the pitch. You maybe not able to remember much but we will remember always. God bless Sid

I'm thinking that's a question that depends on whether you think Paul Daniels was funny, as well as a magician
Is the question, who is the person who had the most famous partner, or is it who is the most famous widow/widower?
If the latter:
Jeffrey Durham
David Sherlock
Judy Loe
If the former:
The widows of Sean Lock and Rik Mayall would likely live for a while yet

Darby, Rob Burrow and Marcus Stewart in a photo here: - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-68647460
Stewart looks alright, Darby wheelchair bound... Rob Burrow - looks utterly terrible. I'd be shocked if he makes it to 2025.

Braulio Musso (Chile 1962) is mentioned on your list having a birthdate May 24, 1937 but his wikipedia page shows a birthdate of March 8, 1930 and it claims he played from Universidad de Chile from 1951 to 1968 but not just that, some more searching and I find that Braulio Musso has a Facebook Page which he is definitely involved in, and you will find all his posts are about his football days and though he has only shown photos dating back to 1955, he mentions in one post that he played for Universidad de Chile at the age of 21 and that makes the 1930 birth year make more sense because even if he debuted for his club in 1955 he would still be 17/18 with a 1937 birth year.
Musso is still alive, but it appears only just. From instagram 2 weeks ago:
The great Braulio Musso will be hospitalized in the next few hours due to his poor health condition.
The remarkable player from the University of Chile and the Chilean National Team, who is 94 years old today, is not in good health.
I send from here my respects and affection for whoever was a super class on and off the court.
Much strength to him and his family, in addition to those who were part of the iconic Ballet Azul and the Chilean National Team of 62'.- 1

If I'm not wrong, I think he's now second oldest English League player ever after Arthur Smith?
Arthur Smith BEM, 106, Bury, Leicester City
Graham Bailey, 104 (still living), Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Utd.
George Haigh, 103, Stockport County
William Simpson, 102, Carlisle Utd.
Wilf Nixon, 102, Fulham
Zach March, 101, Brighton & Hove Albion, Portsmouth
Ofc, there was also Sam Latter, 106 Third Lanark – a few months older than Arthur Smith, but he played in the Scottish League.
Have there really been no players who died aged 100?Reg Beresford died aged 100 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reg_Beresford and so did Alf Patrick https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alf_Patrick
I'm sure there's some others a little while back.

Seems to be this one: https://funeral-notices.co.uk/notice/pearson/5126002 - he must have just been registered late.
Thank you - the obit made me pause as he wasn't known as Ricky as a player, but everything else matches up.

West Brom
Geoff Barnsley is definitely still alive - only played one for WBA, but is a legend for Plymouth, born 9th December 1935, so at 88, he's the oldest.
Aston Villa
There is someone with a Villa link over 90 still alive ( I believe) - Dave Richardson, who was a coach during Graham Taylor's era, Definitely alive in 2017, born 11th March 1932.
Peter McParland, the legendary Northern Irish striker, is the oldest living Villa player, born 25th April 1934.
Jack Willis, who played once, is apparently still alive, born 28th May 1934.
Bill Beaton (1935) appears to be alive; definitely was in 2015.

Does anyone know who are the oldest living West Brom and Aston Villa players?
Thanks
Chris, I will check both clubs tonight.
West Brom definitely don't have a player alive who was born before 1935, I checked that after Gerry Summers' death.

Was going to keep this to myself but I doubt he'll make 2025.
Ted Toleman, founder of the Toleman team that completed in the early 1980's is now in palliative care and near the end of his life.

Also reportedly West Brom's oldest (then) living former player, so I don't know how that affects @Octopus of Odstock's lists.
Although he reported dead on Wiki, he is still currently listed as a living person!
Thanks, I think this was correct but will just cross reference accordingly.

Scheckter is not just selling the cars, he's also selling the buffalo herd at Laverstoke, with the meat and dairy products no longer available.
This all seems quite drastic unless he's in some severe financial trouble, in serious ill health, or more boringly, wants to sell up and relax in his dotage and enjoy different things.

3 hours ago, The Immortal said:I'm inclined to believe it's financial reasons, but the health record in the Scheckter family is not ideal. Jody's daughter Ila died of an overdose years back and prior to that suffered a brain tumor that lead to seizures, his son Tomas suffered strokes and has had heart surgery. I'm also wondering if his brother Ian is well, haven't seen a public appearance from him since an interview in 2021 and to my knowledge he was quite active in the South African automotive scene till then.
Ian's fine. Last spoke to him last summer. Playing a lot of golf currently.

Jody Scheckter is selling his entire car collection. This comes as a surprise as he used to run them to promote his Laverstoke Park speed weekend and it was generally thought he'd hang onto them.
Could be nothing, could be just raising funds or it could be the racing driver version of selling their house

One for @Ulitzer95 and @michael featherstone
Whilst scrolling through a few names for 1933 etc., Alan Rushby, born 27/12/1933, ex-Bradford PA, Mansfield, and Doncaster is this man on Director Check.
The same town is listed on The Gazette's deceased estates webpage so I am pretty confident it's the same man.

Desi Bouterse dominated Surinamese politics, but in-between his time there, Jules Ajodhia was twice a vice-president, amongst other things.
Because of Bouterse and an interest in Suriname, I had actually heard of Ajodhia.
Ajodhia has died, aged 79. Link in Dutch.
