I mention him because of the story on the BBC from 2012, when he revisited Coventry Cathedral spire which in 1962 he helped lower into place: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-17865700
Gawd bless him.
Aye and about 30 years later I admired his work from over the road on top of the Alan Berry building where I delivered the materials for the atrium.

See my above postThat wasn't there when I posted. The last post was your "I'll add "1936 or 1940" to page 1 in the meantime."
It does that sometimes and it's bloody infuriating.

Surely her marriage to Andy White in April 1962 might have a record somewhere which would indicate her dob? I dunno, I wouldn't know where to begin, think you have to register for Ancestry.
Edit: Remember the link: https://www.ebay.ie/itm/62-12-Ephemera-Margate-1963-Article-Lyn-Cornell-Dreamland-/382879128368
This one just gets more and more bizarre as well. I've used all the alternative spellings on her discogs page and nothing comes up between 1931 and 1945 in the birth index... She clearly wasn't born under this name. There's a record of Andrew M White marrying Audrey A Cornett in 1962 and registered in Liverpool North.
There's a record of Ann A Cornett being born in 1936 and registered in Liverpool North.

For some reason Paul, Ann and David were given the surname 'Gregory', however, Jane was given 'Gregori'.

Doesn't look like it. They had four children, Paul in 1955, Ann in 1957, Jane in 1959 and David in 1965.

There's a transcript error on the database I'm using. The original documents from the G.R.O. for both birth and marriage say the name is 'Primino'. The marriage transcript posted above is in error; that too should say 'Primino'.

https://www.robertfarnonsociety.org.uk/index.php/legends/johnny-gregory
QuoteFrancesco Gregori arrived in England in 1919, and met his future wife Maria Louisa Rossi in 1922. They were engaged in London’s West End and got married in the New Year of 1924 and Johnny was born later that year.
The G.R.O. says they married in late 1923 and he was born Primono G G Gregori. in late 1924. I presume one of the 'G's is for Giovanni - the Italian for John.
QuoteIn 1949 Johnny met Joan, his wife to be.

Ok, doing a bit of digging, after Roy Barber's death his missus sold his guitar at auction.
QuoteAfter Roy Barber’s death, his widow, Val, auctioned the guitar at Sotheby’s Olympia on 14th June 2002 (ex lot 315 ‘Rock & Roll Fashion and Memorabilia’).
From G.R.O. records, a guy named Roy Barber (no middle initial) married Valerie A Edwards in 1968 in Sheffield. Only two people named Roy Barber were born in Sheffield between 1920 and 1960, one in 1935 and one in 1944. The records further show Roy Barber, born in 1944, died in Chesterfield in 2000.

Just out of curiosity, have a look at your source for one of the names just above Cooklin (Ida Cooklin perhaps) and see what year that returns.

Summat wrong somewhere, G.R.O. has her being born in 1930.
