Would need to see how he is when he accepts his award.

If Yahoo news counts, then this qualifies

Phantom replied to Brinsworth House Baiter's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
I've only been to see one show this year as a spectator which was to see NRBQ back in April. But for bands and musicians I worked directly with were: The 99ers, Annie and The Bang Bang, Beebe Gallini, Black Widows, The Claudettes, Henry Cluney, Nato Coles & The Blue Diamond Band, Deke Dickerson, The Dogmatics, Fret Rattles, Wayne Hancock, Hot Pastrami, Eilen Jewell, Eleganza, The Favorite Things, The Gated Community, Golden Smog, The Jayhawks, Becky Kapell, KInda Fonda Wanda, Davy Knowles, Jim Lauderdale, Cindy Lawson Band, Low Rats, Mad Mojo Jett, Molly Maher, The Mood Swings, Eddie Montgomery, The Phantom Surfers, Rank Strangers, The Right Here, Lee Rocker, Short Fuses, The SIlverteens, Wesley Stace, Supermodified, Surfer Joe, Surf Zombies, The Swongos, TIMISAROCKER, The Tinglers, The Toxenes, Velahsa, Vibro Champs, John Waters, Dale Watson, Whiskey Rock & Roll Club Most were local bands. I did however get to work indirectly with The Nekromantix, Schizophonics, Jake La Botz, Dead Boys, The Briefs, Suzi Moon, Chixdiggit, and The Dollyrots. -
Former kickboxer and Big Brother contestant, Andrew Tate currently being detained in Romania for rape and human trafficking charges.

While we still have time to submit ideas for next year. Peter Marshall the original host of Hollywood Squares is still alive at the age of 96
-
If not included in 2023, then Gaston Glock should be in there. He's had a few health problems over the years Frank Gehry is getting up in years. he'll be 94 next year.

Isn't he a tribute act?

Pele was one I always considered to be immortal. The other being Jerry Lee Lewis. I remember for half our P.E. lessons for football training, our teacher would wheel the TV and video player out, and we'd have to watch some of Brazil's world cup matches, paying special attention to Pele. On one hand, unless something drastic happens, I win our local Deadpool. On the other, it's painful to be reminded of someone dying from cancer so soon after my mother-in-law went through the same just over a month ago. Anyway, R. I. P. Pele

If his family would step out of the room for 5 minutes, he'll be able to just go quietly.
-
I'm surprised he's lasted as long as he has

Got to work the debut performance of Wandering Eye (Ween tribute band).it got really busy so the only photo I was able to take was during the soundcheck. I did however get Alan Sparhawk of Low to autograph a CD for me. -

Worked for The Jayhawks and Golden Smog last night. Only got a chance to take one photo during rhe soundcheck. Highlight of the evening was being presented with my stage pass. -
Charlie Gracie has sadly passed away at the age of 86

Alan Sparhawk has a new band that's having their debut gig on Friday. It's a Ween tribute band called Wandering Eye which he set up with members from Trampled by Turtles, Glitterati and ELnO (ELO tribute band).

Same here. I was also surprised that Jimmy Cricket is older than my dad

Speak to yourself, I always thought he was a bit of a twat.

He's still going to die from cancer, but he is recovering from the infection he had a week or so ago.

Last time I saw Matt Goss was at Paramount City in London 1990 or 91 (I think it changed its name to The Windmill or something similar). Anyway, he was dressed in white denim mouthing off with the ol' "doncha know who I am" shit to anyone who could hear him. I turned and "accidentally" knocked over a pint of Guinness most of which went over his white jeans.

Leonard G. Phillips (The Dickies) and Charlie Harper (UK Subs) have had similar heart issues recently

I haven't seen them in 30 years. Last time was a double headliner with Anti Nowhere League
