I think his level of "fame" would have been eclipsed by the various other members of the royal family. I think the only time I would notice him would be when he would present the FA Cup to the winning captain.

June Lockhart, who played the role of Belinda Cratchit in the 1938 version of A Christmas Carol is still alive at 98 Also still alive from the same film is Terry Kilburn (Tiny Tim) who turns 98 in November.

Not quite sure where to put this one. It's a personal loss as well. Mike Jann, local musician (Minnesota) passed away last night. He used to play guitar in the late 50s alongside Tony Andreason who went on to be the lead vocalist and guitarist for The Trashmen Mike would go on to be a main part of the road crew for The Trashmen. He set up the photo shoot for the cover of their debut album. He also painted their tour van which can be seen on the cover of their album Live Bird 65-67 Mike was such a a sweet guy who would regale us with tales of the road. He had been in declining health since his wife passed away in 2020.

I had an argument with a friend the other day where he was claiming long Covid wasn't a thing. Then again, he works for the Tory government. It's sad that Draper is just a few years older than me. I'm wondering if he actually died a couple of days ago and Garraway just didn't announce it until today.
