  10. Joey Russ

    Bill Turnbull

Seems to be very notable in the UK, so I felt like he needed his own thread since his prostate cancer is advanced.
  11. Clorox Bleachman

    Cloris Leachman

The actress Cloris Leachman is ninety-fucking-two, as she would say, and hasn't got a thread like 4 of her Mary Tyler Moore Show chums. She's one of the few people with a truly instantly recognisable name à la Zsa Zsa. Her illustrious career goes back 70 years and has seen her win a whopping 8 Emmys. Her role in The Last Picture Show bagged her an Oscar. Seems deathlisty. That 2015 photo above inspired a "Sad Last Days" article. She had hurt her ankle a few days before the picture was taken, plus the National Enquirer writers have clearly never seen an 89-year-old woman without makeup. This is her at her most recent red carpet event on 2nd March of this year: She is a strict vegetarian and leads an active lifestyle. In the 2010s alone she has made 86 film/TV appearances. One of those is The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure, a God-awful POS spawn-of-satan "what moron thought that was a good idea" type of film. It stands as the lowest-grossing film EVER released in >2k theatres. She's back on track now, with films planned for as far ahead as 2020. I believe and hope she'll be around for longer than that, but she should be on people's radar.

    Helen Reddy

Its recently come to the attention of deathpoolers everywhere that Helen Reddy resides in a nursing home. It was announced that she had dementia back in 2015. With these revelations I think she is Reddy for a thread on the death list.
  17. Paul Bearer

    Leslie Grantham

Watching something on ch5 last night and Leslie Grantham (AKA Dirty Den) popped up on it. Holy shit he's aged. Might be one to watch out for. Sorry if he has a thread. Can't find one already set up for him.
  18. Joey Russ

    William Hurt

Decided to give him a thread since he has terminal prostate cancer. Maybe not the best pick for next year, but he's definitely one to watch. Definitely can see him on the deathlist if the cancer gets worse... EDIT: Here's the article that mentions his illness.

    Rosalynn Carter

https://www.ajc.com/news/jimmy-and-rosalynn-carter-won-attend-barbara-bush-funeral/LWARHUcmLv9y3MiNJrqSrI/ I was surprised to see that former american first lady, wife of ex US President Jimmy Carter didn't seem to have her own dedicated thread as other first ladies like Nancy Reagan and Barbara did. Anyway as I was researching the attendees of Barbara Bushes funeral online I found out that Rosalynn and her hubby won't be attending. (in his case because of a long standing engagement overseas I think) But part of the reason that Rossalyn isn't attending is because she is still not sufficiently recovered from intestinal surgery in February. Sure a slow recovery is to be expected in senior years but nevertheless I think it's enough to prompt her own dedicated thread rather than one shared with other first ladies. Possibly one to watch and a likely name on next year's official list by the committee.

    Kenny Rogers

https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/lifestyle/country-legend-kenny-rogers-cuts-short-farewell-tour-10105938 Given the announcement that American country and western singer Kenny Rogers has had to cut short his farewell tour due to health challenges .I thought it was high time this big name star of country and western music had his own thread .He certainly deserves one . Yes they are playing down the seriousness of these health challenges but I think it is a timely reminder that its about time he had his own thread .

    Raquel Welch

I've decided to start a thread for 77 year old glamour puss and actress Raquel Welch. Not just because I think she is deserving and has more than enough name recognition to warrant her own thread but because she has unusually stopped posting on all of her social media accounts twitter, Instagram and Facebook four months ago. This is making me suspect something may well seriously be amiss with her health wise. Naturally there could be a reasonable alternative explanation but I suspect otherwise and think it is worth flagging up. Gorgeous picture is from her breakout film role that jumpstarted her career.
  25. Paul Bearer

    Michael Parkinson

Seems to be having a bit of a resurgence at the moment being mentioned in a couple of ( over 50's) adverts. Was also on Chris Evans radio show this morning. At 83, thought he might be worth a punt. (Couldn't find a thread for him, apologies if one exists)
