No Vince Earl is a good pick I had him on one of my long lists! Akinwale is the weakest pick in my opinion. He is a horrendous individual and people in Merseyside have wished him away and hoped to be rid of him for years but alas he is still with us.I don't think he lives in Merseyside anymore but regularly visits the area is my understanding. Although at one point he was legally prohibited from doing so.

It is more of a wishful thinking choice but at the same time I don't see him making old bones, though it turns out he is younger than I thought he was. I was also curious to see if he would make the fame theshhold. Vince Earl looked well in that music video he did last year.

Seems like his wiki page might have been tidied up - no references to him being a horrendous person? Oh nevermind, I was looking at Vince Earl - skimmed over the Akinwale bit.

Captain Hemlock 742 Posted January 1, 2021 Great picks from everyone as usual. I'm a little surprised Paul Westphal is not on more teams, but he is undoubtedly better known in the US than the UK.

He was definitely banned from going into certain types of venues or approaching people outside them with requests. He could be very intimidating especially if he developed a fixation on a person. Oh I wasn't aware Vince Earl appeared in a music video? In terms of ex Brookside stars I would have Dean Sullivan on the main list not a sub. I happen to know that well into middle age Dean partied VERY hard on the Liverpool gay scene regularly for years and was quite wild and not risk averse shall we say. I would say from what I am aware of that would likely have health consequences down the line.He really did burn the candle at both ends.

Death Impends 7,979 Posted January 1, 2021 TJS for 2021 Rush Limbaugh *JOKER* Ady Barkan Tim Bilton Jimmy Carter Michael Cullen Dai Davies David Gulpilil Sarah Harding Floyd Little Lee Noble Linda Nolan Tom Parker Gavin Robertson Art Rupe Yoo Sang-chul Tom Smith Leon Spinks Belinda Sykes Shintaro Tsuji James Whale As I indicated previously, I picked a couple of interesting old people alongside the typical deadpooler names (and of course Jimmy). I have long felt Art Rupe is one of the most underrated centenarians by the forum, given he was a key figure to Little Richard's early career, and is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a result. Yet he is barely ever mentioned. So pretty much putting my money where my mouth is. Obit not a guarantee, but the aforementioned factors should give him a good chance. And Sanrio - Hello Kitty et al - founder Shintaro Tsuji, as I mentioned onsite before, was that rare time the BBC front page gave me an "oh wow, they're still alive?" moment. I assumed the founder of Sanrio would have died in like, 1980. I think the fact Nintendo goes back to 1889 makes me think of other Japanese companies as older than they actually are. Player I can see how there would be an argument over (although I would campaign for "wife of Gary Player and perhaps the most recognisable golf WAG for 50 years" is a bit above, say, Lisa Maffia's mum or that guy from Strictly's dad). Davison on the other hand, although not the most successful trainer in history, has a lengthy career as a horse-racing trainer and has been mentioned in numerous news reports in racing sections before her cancer diagnosis. I'd argue she's even more famous than Club Brugge's former third-choice, uncapped goalkeeper. EDIT: Sorry, not Belgian giants Club Brugge. Belgian yoyo club Cercle Brugge.
