Submitted this one to IMDb. Will need to wait on a better source for Plummer-Andrews before I send that one. They accepted my updates for Ken Wales, Vera Fusek and Peggy Farrell as per the sources available.
arghton 6,762 Posted September 1, 2021 Couldn't find a fitting place for this even though there likely are many threads for what Zoopark has played: rock and roll, blues rock, rhythm and blues, garage rock, punk rock... Anyways, Zoopark's guitarist Aleksandr Khrabunov is dead: https://www.fontanka.ru/2021/09/01/70111790/ Zoopark was one of the founding groups of the Russian rock movement. The group was started in 1981 and lasted until 1991, when singer-songwriter and band leader Mile Naumenko died in his flat aged 36 from a cerebral hemorrhage caused by alcoholism and an accident. Atleast four members of the band are still living.

Strangely I was on the phone with someone lastnight and her death popped into the conversation, turned out they had known her for years. They said she had been on benefits when she won and "was always fond of the drink" and would no longer trust anyone. As the saying goes money won't always make you happy. Aye, summat Callie Rogers would doubtless agree with...in those moments when she's freed some someone checking she's sincere in her attempts to seek employment. YoungWillz 21,066 Posted September 12, 2021 Far too many places to put this, so take a deep breath. Fran Bennett, US actress who had recurring roles in various soaps such as The Bold And The Beautiful and General Hospital, a couple of stand out roles in Quantum Leap and most recently as Mother Jefferson in Norman Lear's All In The Family And The Jeffersons, reportedly dead by the place of her teaching: She is also a miss for the Scavenger Hunt as she appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Apparently a laudable theatre career too. IMDB: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0071754/

YoungWillz 21,066 Posted September 16, 2021 This is what charon had to say in the Ideas thread for 2017, which I can't quote as the topic is closed: "Not really one for next year, but don't know where else to put it.. 50 years since 'hey Joe' and 5live just had a very interesting half hour chat with one of the backing singers, a Barbara Moore. Sang on that, won the Eurovision with Puppet on string, married for 3 years to Peter Moore (the Pearl and Dean composer), did arrangement work for John Williams and retired aged forty to a château in France with a mill and half ***does sound a bit doddery*** Well worth a listen on iPlayer or Tunein etc, 3.30-4.00am" Barbara Moore died last month on 26th August: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2021/sep/16/barbara-moore-jimi-hendrix-elton-john-dusty-springfield Apparently also sang on The Saint TV series theme tune.
