I predict the grim reaper is going to confound sceptics and be its most powerful yet like a super strong enema in 2024 moreso than recent years equalling or even beating 2020

A warning that I am sensing  another bowel movement  on the way.

I don't think it will be too long, within another week or so, before the committee  has to cross another name of the list after a big plop noise in the toilet bowl.....

I think we need a prune juice or something to shift this constipation...

Either something is going to happen in the next day or two OR  the bowel movement I was sensing was actually my own lucky good run last week in the Derby Dead Pool were 2 of my unique picks and joker picks in 2 of my teams died within days of each other.

In other words I could have been sensing my  own glorious bowel movement rather than the committees bowel movement!:D

However I do think it is highly likely the committee is going to get very busy with toilet roll and the flush rather soon!

I've noticed for a lot who die, they were on the deathlist every year until they died. At least mine is a reboot in the sense it includes nobody from the last 3 years. Okay, I admit it caused me to miss some hits i could have had by keeping them as ppl from previous years have died this year.

I am stating to sense another bowel movement like I did  a few weeks ago.

What I am unsure of is whether it means like it did a few weeks ago a raft of my derby deadpool  picks particularly  uniques are about to die eg Christina Crawford,  Erin Pizzey,  Johnny Gold, Ronnie Knight etc or whether we are about to have an 8th or even 9th hit on the official deathlist.

But some significant activity is due before the end of the month of June that I am sensing for sure.

A plop and splash in the toilet bowl of  some kind and noteworthiness is semi imminent.

@drol @Banana I think you can expect much more action and release in June...

I don't think its going to be a quiet  summer.

June feels very quiet so far.

Kenneth Kaunda, Milkha Singh, Enrique Bolanos, Lucinda Riley, de Bono, Douglas Cramer, Benigno Aquino III, McAfee and some more quite famous people have died this month.

Much more happening than in May.

There's still a week to go and big hits have often occurred in the last days of the month  but I also refer you to @arghton post  which makes a good case for some of the names that have passed away in June making it arguably  not a super quiet month.

My thoughts almost exactly, although I did know Edward de Bono wrote a book about lateral thinking.

No. You did not think you thought about what you think you thought is lateral thinking.

Agree with all this except de Bono, who was a pretty big name.

Disappointing month.

This is just the "who's the most significant death" argument in a new coat

I'd say it's more "who tf is s/he"?

I've heard of three of those people - Kaunda ever since I can remember, de Bono since my university days, McAfee only fairly recently.

Lists all those politicians, forgets to list Ned Beatty who was properly famous. I accept he might have been slightly better known worldwide than Damaris Hayman.

McAfee is behind the "popular" antivirus computer software, which, like everything else in his life, is complete shit and useless.

May definitely had more notable deaths than Arghtons list with only a few I've heard of. But Kenny K is quite a famous name.

A month after us all complaining that nobody’s dying… nobody is dying.

Pretty bad year tbh. 5 months left. Can see there being 3 more DL hits max. Maybe a couple of “global household names” but the likes of Carter, Pope BVI, Gorbachev, Tutu, Chomsky etc will likely see 2022.

I'm keeping  the faith but naturally  respect your opinion.

I definitely think the Derby Dead Pool ithough s going to end up with a phenomenally impressive total.
