Imelda 604 Posted January 29, 2021 Thought I'd start a thread for the musical and cultural phenomenon of Madchester seeing as many of the scene's movers and shakers are now entering their 60's, hoovered up vast amounts of drugs at the time, and are highly obitable. Triggered by watching this video and having a gasp at the state of Mike Pickering (Hacienda DJ, M People) - skip to 4.30. He looks terrible. On the other hand most of New Order look pretty good (although Bernard is now morphing into the old bloke who sits in the same chair in the pub every weekday afternoon nursing a pint of bitter, reading the paper and occasionally reminiscing about his time working for the local bus company). 6 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
