Marty Roberts, one half of the irrepressible, crowd-pleasing lounge duo of Marty & Elayne, the beloved L.A. partnership that serenaded everyone from Frank Sinatra to Nicolas Cage and stole the 1996 film “Swingers” out from under Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau, died from cancer on January 13. He was 89.

I recognise him as one of the supporting actors in Little Britain.

He looks completely unrecognisable in his Twitter picture. Is this really the same person?!

French actor Gaspard Ulliel dies at 37, after a ski accident today in the french alps ( source : AFP )

He was mainly known for his roles in "Un long dimanche de fiancailles", " Juste la fin du Monde ", "Hannibal Lecter: Rising" or "Saint Laurent" where he played an excellent Yves Saint Laurent
He was also the face of Chanel's "Bleu" perfume and is part of the cast of the next Marvel series "Moon Knight" scheduled for March 2022.

Too young. RIP

I think so. Here's the part of that sketch you're referring to:

I did some Little Britain-related research back in December. Easy to forget that it started airing 20 years ago.

Dozens of the supporting actors and guest stars are dead sadly.

He didn’t really represent that many stage actors - theatrical agent is a big misleading.

Not sure if this was posted before but sounds like a real life (or death) version of "Weekend at Bernie's".

Yes, it has.  Also reminded me of "Waking Ned".
