Carter at sub 3 then, probably a bit late yes but seeing How he lingers, he may reach your official list (or at least sub 1 spot), you never know  

I remember in november-december When the Game started, everyone put Harris and people were like you saying he would never make it to the official list. 6 months later he made every list Which picked him back then
