I just noticed that the tide is high is from 1980 and was also on this list eliminated back on page 4. Having three number ones in a year is pretty impressive and must be quite rare.

A certain G Glitter had 3 within 12m in 73-74, but we don't talk about him much these days. Can't think why...

It shows that there is no point even looking at charts after about 2020. They don't mean the same thing these days.

All six are all right or even great songs, but if I had to choose, Call Me does beat Ghost Town. I'm sure this round will be over within hours anyway!

They are very different songs, not comparable.  I think it would be a real shame to have two songs by the same artist going through.
