Hollywood legend Morgan Woodward dead at 93 according to this blog post.

All over the Twittersphere too.

It’s about sourcing.  Do all the tweets refer to the blog post as the source of the info?  If so they are meaningless, only the blog post matters.  If otoh ‘I held Morgan’s hand as he passed’ is the tweet, that is to be noted.

A lot of the tweets are from close friends of his. A quick search would have shown you that.

No. It is 100% real. The guy who posted it was very close to him. It's just the media being incredibly lazy.

Mitzi Hoag, a character actress who worked from the early 60s to the early 90s, with episodic credits on a cross-section of comedies and dramas, has died.  She was 86. Most of her roles were one-offs, but she did occasionally play recurring characters, including Natalie's mother on 'The Facts of Life'.

Before I post this: Those last few years didn't Jan-Michael Vincent look like a person with one foot in the grave already?

Sidney Sheinberg, who served as president and chief operating officer of MCA and Universal Studios for more than 40 years, has died at the age of 84.

His son, producer-director Jon Sheinberg, announced the passing of his father in an Instagram post, but did not reveal a cause of death.

Someone claiming to be a close friend of hers has reported that Gloria Manon died back in February:

Specifically remembered by me as the woman whose husband has been kidnapped in Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory, and she has to think about paying the ransom....her case of Wonka bars!
