gcreptile 10,979 Posted July 10, 2020 Kane Tanaka is only 70 days away from the nr. 3 spot. I think she'll make it, but for a 117-year-old every single day is another achievement.

Anyway I think almost all of them will live past 110, and someone (cough cough Fauja Singh) past 115. Here they are: *Stanislaw Kowalski (1910), oldest man in Poland too *Hidekichi Miyazaki (1910), known as the Golden Bolt. *Fauja Singh (1911), the Sikh Tornado. *Robert Marchand (1911), cyclist and commie. *Mieko Nagaoka (1914) Japanese swimmer *Ida Keeling (1915) *Donald Pellmann (1915) broke Miyazaki's records *Giuseppe Ottaviani (1916) *Frederico Fisher (1917) current champ *Ugo Sansonetti (1919) manager and athlete Though they all seem ridicolous while doing their activities, I swear there is a good possibility at least one of these ten lives past 120. But if true, he would have been two months older than Jiroemun Kimura. Not to call bullshit on this story, as he had a birth certificate to back his claim that is said to be legit, but there's something about it that makes me not believe it. Not necessarily blaming him, as he might just be unaware of his true age, but he did not seem like he was 116 in the slightest. His physical appearance for one, especially if he spends lots of his time outside. He was walking around and chopping wood like a month ago. Again, he could be 116 but it is very very unlikely IMO.
